My house is located in a village of a few sunny and quiet houses, near the Dora and a few minutes walk from the ski lifts and the center of Courmayeur. It is a newly built house, consisting of a large living room very bright overlooking a beautiful kitchen with peninsula, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a second bedroom, two bathrooms and a laundry. The whole apartment overlooks a private terrace and a small garden.
