Quiet spacious home nestled in the pines. We are local artists and the home is filled with unusual captivating artwork. 17acre property with 3 acres fenced around the house to let your dogs play while enjoying the sweeping decks. Boggy Draw trail at end of our street. 2 miles to town, restaurants, brewery, grocery. McPhee reservoir, Mesa Verde national monument, Telluride, Durango all just minutes away. Plenty of parking for all toys!
