Stayed at Miri’s lovely place for a wedding in San Miguel de Allende with a party of 16 adults. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space to get ready for the wedding events and nice beds to come home to after a night of dancing! The location is superb with easy access to the center of town, and the rooftop has amazing views. I really appreciated how communicative and flexible Miri was throughout our trip. Thank you, Miri!

Our family of 8 had the absolute pleasure of staying at Casa Terraplén from Thursday, May 22 to Saturday, May 24, and we cannot speak highly enough of this experience. The home is a true gem, charming, spacious, and perfectly situated in the very heart of San Miguel de Allende. From the moment we arrived, we felt embraced by the warmth of its colonial architecture, tasteful Mexican décor, and inviting spaces that made us feel both inspired and at home. What truly elevated our stay, however, was the host. In every interaction, they were exceptionally understanding, accommodating, and communicative, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether it was helping coordinate taxi services or offering thoughtful recommendations, their kindness and responsiveness made a world of difference and added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated.

The house is just like the photos, it is super quiet and you have everything to spend a pleasant time, the rain did not allow us to use the roof, but it looked very relaxing, the cleaning was very good and the instructions were always clear, Alexis was always attentive and with recommendations. A good place to spend a relaxing time. The very friendly surveillance person.

Great Location-great rooftop-be ready for stairs! Traveled solo to visit SMA after years away, and visit local friends. Mariana’s place was perfect for me, centrally located, good value, great rooftop view! Location is perfect for walking everywhere. Was a bit concerned about the busy thoroughfare street, but with windows closed at night after the traffic subsided (around 9:30pm during the weekdays, a little later weekends), got quieter. I am more sound than light sensitive so I still wore earplugs at night, which I advise if you are also sound sensitive (I still slept well!). Because the casa is pretty narrow in width, the rooms are spread out across 3 floors plus the 4th floor rooftop, so that means moving between floors on stairs a lot. You’ll adjust after a couple days. Fresh water dispenser was welcome. No A/C but floor fans worked. Just be mindful, you will be climbing the stairs a lot so not advisable for mobility challenged. Beautiful spacious home. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get the jacuzzi to heat up but still enjoyed the cold water in the Mexico heat. Two of the days the bedroom next to the kitchen didn’t have hot water in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the stayed since it was in a perfect location.

This apartment is truly outstanding-spotlessly clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and the apartment comes equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Guests also have access to a heated communal pool, ideal for relaxing. The property is situated outside the city center, only a few minutes away by car, within a secure gated community that offers 24-hour security. The host was welcoming and always easy to communicate with, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Excellent house as it appears in the description. Alberto and Luis answer at all times they are super attentive and the house is clean, beautiful and in a nice area. Everything excellent we'll definitely go back.

Stayed here for a girls trip and the home exceeded my expectations and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ginny’s home felt extremely spacious and we had plenty of room even with our large group. I loved the location, we were easily able to walk to several spots and the view was even better! The home fit right in to the city with its beautiful architecture and interesting art throughout. We did have some issues with the WiFi being very spotty and some of the rooms did get pretty warm during the day but there were plenty of fans. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit!

This house is beautiful, spacious, nicer than the photos, the area is very quiet, ideal for resting, the pool is spotless and the water at a good temperature all the time. It has everything you need to feel at home, even has baby furniture, me who took my 1 year old baby to chair, great service. And it has a very nice view. I would definitely come back. And Fabián is always very attentive and with excellent communication.

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

Arturo emits great confidence. She was always aware of my messages prior to and during our stay. The house is very nice and very clean/tidy. It has literally all the basics and necessary in both kitchen and bathroom, we were fascinated. And of course, we take our 3 dogs and they enjoyed it more than we did:D. It's a very quiet and nice area. We're definitely going back. Although we had to leave the stay a night early due to family issues. Arturo was very flexible and gave us all the security in being able to retire. She is such a nice and friendly person.

This traditional colonial home was beautifully decorated! The host is very proactive and friendly. We left our passport by accident and the host reached out to us immediately to make arrangements to accommodate us picking it up. Not only a beautiful home but very accommodating host reached we will definitely be staying there again!
