Nestled in the heart of the wooded and south-facing subdivision of La Casse, 5 minutes from the center of Vallouise, we offer a beautiful, very bright 75 m² duplex apartment on the top of a house with a garden. A true haven of peace and greenery where you can recharge your batteries and enjoy the many walks and mountain activities that surround us. Part of the garden is accessible to guests and has a garden table and deckchairs.

Under the rooftops in Pelvoux

Under the rooftops, on the fourth floor, come spend your summer or winter at the foot of hikes and ski slopes. From the foot of the building, go hiking in the boxes, climb Ailefroide or join the ski resort chairlifts. Clean and well-equipped our apartment is ideal for 4 and can accommodate 5-6 people (contact us). The private ski room allows you to leave everything downstairs. The vast parking lot is ever full.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to late March, due to snow, the climb is only by hiking, allow a maximum of 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
