The apartment is really nice!! Large and comfortable bed. Very spacious bathroom and living room. Extremely well decorated and with everything needed for an available stay. The location next to the best pizzeria and the best brewery in the region is very good, as you can walk both. Lorian welcomed us very well too. I highly recommend!!

The host was very kind in all the communications we had before, including sending the check-in instructions before the time, and welcomed us very well. When we arrived everything was clean and organized and the environment was very faithful to the announced images and the description. It has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen and very large living room, so it gives the feeling of really being a cozy apartment for the stay. The house was reasonably ventilated, we didn't go on a very hot day, not too cold, and we didn't feel any extremes while we were in the house. The location for us was good, not exactly in the center, but it is in a very quiet and quiet region, so there is no problem of additional street noise or discomfort. It is possible to walk to Rua do Lazer, the route takes 15-20 minutes depending on your pace. We think it was well worth what was offered for the value, we will save for next trips and recommend it to friends.

Itamar's apartment is excellent, complete , all very organized and clean. We will definitely come back more often. I've referred it to several friends. Besides the apartment being perfect, the structure of the residential is great. Elevators , heated pool, sauna , jacuzzi. Service at the front desk, note 10 I was quite pleased.

I felt totally at home, the bed linens are the cleanest and most comfortable I have ever used in a rental space. It feels like we're visiting a very kind relative who thought of everything in the smallest details to welcome us. Everything was very clean and cozy, I loved it!

I had a great stay, the hotel is very good and there are few differences between being hosted directly by the hotel and AirBnB, the common areas are all open and this is very good, the place is very beautiful and of great quality. There is a hotel in the same city that charges less and offers less, great value for money.

Excellent stay! Flat is very cozy, clean and well equipped. The owner of Grazielle was very kind to us and has indicated to us several legal places to tour, to have the best possible experience on site! The employees of Vista Azul were also very solicitous and kind, especially the collaborator Luiz, who in his day off hours still plays an excellent MPB in the lobby. Tip: As the condominium is no longer managed by Bristol, it no longer offers a separate breakfast service, so you can arrange for breakfast in the apartment or go out to eat at some colonial coffee.

Wonderful place! We were in a group of 7 adults and a baby — a single bathroom required a little organization, but nothing that took away from the experience. The house is charming, super well located and Leomar was extremely attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it!
