Beachfront holiday rental in Dominican Republic

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Villa Sabina in Las Terrenas! The property was beautiful and surrounded by stunning natural scenery that made every moment feel peaceful and special. The two housemaids were incredibly gracious and attentive—they went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, and their kindness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The host, Jacques, was also extremely responsive and provided us with fantastic recommendations for local activities and places to eat, which made our experience even better. My entire family loved every single minute we spent there. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We were glad to stay at Jimmy's place in Puerto Plata. It had the accommodations that we needed and was centrally-located, which allowed us to walk up places. Whenever we had questions, he responded quickly. We have no regrets.

Kenia's place was beautiful and in a perfect area. Kenia was very friendly and always in communication with us, making sure that we were okay. I would definitely go back and stay there.

Truly enjoyed this stay . The home is exactly as described. The beach and pool are breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave . Definitely will be planning another trip .

We literally wrote a song about what a great trip we had! Lauren and her staff were wonderful communicators from the start. The beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. The pool is large enough to actually swim in (!!!) and such a welcome relief from the heat. (Although one of the lighting options at night made the pool horror movie red. It was actually kinda thrilling - and easy to switch to another color if not your thing :) There were mosquitoes for sure but between the generous supply of bug spray she provided, the ceiling fans indoors and out, and those super fun bug zapping rackets, we hardly noticed them. We were there for four nights and she sent a delightful woman halfway through to refresh towels and garbages. It really felt like she thought of everything. Oh! And when the power went out for most of the village, the generator kept us cool! Las Terrenas is a wonderful place to power down for a spell and this is our new favorite house to do just that! Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic Villa in Bahia de Ocoa. Beautifully decorated home with excellent amenities and pools. The views are phenomenal. Everything was in working order. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Loved this place. Highly recommended.

BEAUTIFUL home!! Nice and quiet area for a relaxing vacation. The beaches were filled with seaweed/rocks but it’s bearable enough to still swim. Every worker was helpful, nice and aided with any question. As with the airbnb, it was absolutely stunning and better than the pictures. The only thing is the water pressure was not working on the showerhead so you had to use the tiny one.

We had an amazing stay at Kelly’s loft. Kelly was very responsive when I had a question. We had the pool all to ourselves each day. This stay is paradise. Check for seaweed before making arrangements. We were unable to use the beach the entire stay because of the sargassum.

Private beach area was clean and offered stunning views. The washer and dryer were super convenient, the staff was helpful, and the host was responsive throughout our stay. Since it’s located on the quieter side of Juan Dolio, getting to restaurants and shops requires an Uber but it’s worth it for the peace and privacy. We stumbled upon a beach restaurant called Soya Azul 10/10. Also felt totally safe walking the beach at night after dinner, which made for a really peaceful end to the day.

Everything is exceptional. The villa is beautiful with everything you could need. Everything is very clean, the decoration is exquisite, the surroundings are beautiful, the employees are friendly. Amaury as co-host was attentive to every detail, the excellent communication. Marleny as a host is understanding, kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

I really enjoyed my time staying here. the pool is a amazing, the view is amazing, the beach is amazing and minutes away by walking. a lot of bars and restaurants en the area, and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. The plan is to return.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The home was everything described in the listing, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed , it smelled so clean when we arrived, the home is beautiful and located in a beautiful gated community. The host was very responsive and attentive. The location was literally minutes from the airport, grocery stores, and malls. I would recommend this stay to everyone.

We’ve traveled a lot over the years, and this is without a doubt the most beautiful and best-located home we’ve ever rented. The open-concept villa, surrounded by nature, is tastefully and elegantly decorated — minimalist, serene, and full of charm. The breathtaking view over Playa La Playita and the Bay of Rincón is simply unforgettable. With private beach access, a large private pool, and a spacious, tree-filled property, everything invites peace and relaxation. The house was spotless, thanks to a kind and professional cleaning team, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A heartfelt thank you to Yocasty, for her warm welcome and respectful, smooth communication. She personally greeted us and showed us around the house, and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and handmade bread from the women of the village — a touching gesture The location is also ideal: close to gorgeous beaches and plenty of activities. We recommend this place in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to return ❤️

Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!

We were a group of seven staying from April 14 to April 17 and we had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were able to enjoy a few days of sunny weather (beach/tour) and we were actually glad it rained one day because it allowed us more time in the house. We cooked, watched movies on their big screen tv and outdoor projector and enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described and the layout of the rooms worked well for our group of seven. Since the property is within the resort, it was an easy walk to the beach area. Mario was very attentive, especially when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the grill. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this property. The location is excellent, very short walk from the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day and really take advantage of the coastal setting. The design of the house is both tasteful and comfortable, with well-planned spaces and high-quality furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the TV room, which features an oversized screen and cozy seating—perfect for relaxing after a day outside. The pool area is well-maintained and offers a great atmosphere for both quiet downtime and social gatherings. It added a lot of value to the overall experience. We also appreciated the attentive and responsive host, who made the check-in process smooth and was available for any questions. The service staff was professional, polite, and helped make our stay even more comfortable. 10/10

Alessandro’s place was amazing. The home looks better than the pictures and the pictures were already breathtaking. My family loved the pool but especially the private beach that was just steps away from the house. Definitely coming back to this place when I come back to Samaná.
