The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Especially enjoyed the fact that they had all necessary beach accessories. Neighborhood was very well maintained, and peaceful. Neighbors were very friendly. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

Julia's place was just what we've been looking for. Close to the main roads to the beaches and restaurants while still very quiet and private. The pool was clean and refreshing. All the beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc. Great to have a garage to park in. This place checked so many boxes for us. We will certainly be renting this spot on future trips to Florida. Thanks, Julia.

The house is beautiful and looks just as the photos show. Easy access to nearby stores and restaurants as well. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. We chose this listing because we needed accommodations for 10 family members gathering to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The house was super clean and comfortable. I couldn’t think of one thing that was not provided. I am super picky about cleanliness and I was thrilled to see how clean everything was. The host was very accommodating as well, our flight was a little earlier than expected and I reached out to Viktoria and Vadim and they allowed us to check in early. Wonderful accommodations!

This was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at on vacation. The house was amazing, and the pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The house facing west provided beautiful sunsets! The house is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, everything you want on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here as we will be staying there again!

We had a wonderful stay at 3’s Company Villa Jack for our anniversary! The space was spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and just a short walk from a stunning beach. While Manasota Key is still recovering from the hurricane, the area’s charm and peaceful beauty are very much alive—and it didn’t take away from our experience at all. A perfect getaway spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the Gulf coast. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We loved the house, loved the view, appreciated that there was cookware. We had a few glitches but Christina was super responsive and helpful and was very kind and compensated. We would definitely stay here again. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this home or hosts. I love the Cape Coral area! Love this house

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! This is a great location, especially for boaters. The pool was great. The sunrise views and watching the boats come and go were incredible. You’re walking distance from the beach and some great restaurants (i.e. Temptations, Scarpa’s, The Outlet, Pink Elephant, etc.). The pool was great, especially for entertaining the kids. The house was incredible and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from Kappy’s (host recommendation) to putz around town and explore the area.

Pavel is an amazing host! House was spotless, extremely clean. The pool is heated and the whole pool area is beautifully lit up at night. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Host and owners were VERY responsive, even during a minor issue at check in, they responded and had it resolved extremely fast. Very clean, comfortable, neighbors were so friendly, we felt very safe, this place made our girls’ weekend PERFECT! And the salt water pool?! Chef’s kiss!!!! We loved it!! Thank you so much for having us and allowing us to enjoy this little slice of heaven in Florida!

My family and I had a great time . The pool was great and the house was clean and had everything we needed and listed on the description. The AC thermostat was locked but I texted host and he responded almost immediately and adjusted temp to my liking. We felt like at home . We had no issues and I would recommend this place to other people. It is a great place to stay for families specially with kids like ours.

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Susan and Marcus were incredible hosts! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly clean. Our check in process was very accommodating, and we loved all the special touches they added, such as music playing when we arrived and a homemade coaster to take home.
