The house backs onto a playing field and woodland walks and so ideal for families. Bed linen, towels and basic toiletries provided. Travel cot andhigh chair available on request. The cottage dates back to 1860 and has a spacious living room with wood-burning stove, seperate kitchen with dining table, two small cosy bedrooms & a modern bathroom. Accommodates 4 guests with additional accommodation available for a further 2 guests. A wood-fired hot tub can be set up for an extra charge of £130.

The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre. The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed. It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults. The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs. Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore. The perfect setting to enjoy life by the sea and explore the beautiful Ards Peninsula.
