Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Our idyllic and well-located house is ideal for families and friends! Two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a shower await you on 60 m² of living space. The 650 m² garden invites you to sports activities, yoga or simply to relax. There is a municipal swimming pool just across the street. A shopping mall and several restaurants are very close. The U1 subway line is a 5-minute walk away and takes you to the city center in approx. 20 minutes to the city center.

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
