Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Shanil and Olivia were such great hosts, they were super responsive and lovely before and throughout my stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed for a solo trip, I also felt really safe as the building has fob access from the main door and also in the lifts so there are only residents allowed inside. The view from the apartment is amazing too even in the rain and it would also be perfect for a couple. The building has a shared gym and pool, both really clean and well maintained, which was such a nice bonus. Location-wise, it's not far from the high street, train station, and local shops, so really convenient. It can get a bit noisy throughout the day with windows open but it wasn’t an issue with windows closed and AC on. The evenings are really quiet and there are barely any cars around. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully will be back again!

Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, nice and clean with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Close to shops & amenities . A fabulous host and we would definitely book again.

Cannot recommend Diane's Kew place highly enough. It is just magical, so comfy,safe,warm,welcoming we could have stayed there & not needed to go anywhere else . It is worth being the total destination not just the accommodation, perfect. Congratulations Dianne you created a little wonderland for us to relax& enjoy. Thankyou so much.

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

Newly renovated comfortable apartment in secure building. I was especially pleased with the nonslip surface of the walk in shower. Also although the mattress didn’t seem particularly special, I slept on it seven weeks and found that my normally bothersome hip arthritis stopped troubling me entirely. So I would rate this mattress excellent. Warning: There is a lift to the apartment, but unfortunately the apartment isn’t quite accessible as there is a step at the threshold. One more warning. South Yarra turns out to be a good location for heading off in several directions by train. However, this apartment is on a hill so both getting to train station or to Yarra River path required a rather steep descent, while getting to the botanical garden requires an ascent. All in all this apartment offered a wonderful experience of Melbourne and I appreciated the very helpful host.

Beautiful home only a short walk to the shops. In a very quiet area. The hosts were lovely and always available for any troubles. Will definitely stay here again.

This was my third stay at this Airbnb in Toorak, and once again, it was excellent. The space is consistently clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The host continues to go above and beyond—always helpful, very responsive, and thoughtful in providing little extras I didn’t even know I’d need. It’s clear they genuinely care about the guest experience. I keep coming back for a reason—highly recommended!

The apartment was clean, safe and exactly as described. The easily accessible tram line made our daily commute into the city easy and hassle free. Excellent local coffee and a beautiful walk in the park across the road were great for unwinding from a busy day. Our host was quick to respond to any communication, offering early check in and checking that everything was okay on my arrival. I would absolutely stay there again.

This apartment was lovely and quiet and in a very nice apartment block. It was great being walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Michael was a great host and responded really quickly to any queries and requests I had and was very helpful.

Veronica's one bedroom apartment was clean, modern and well-equipped. The enormous balcony was great for a morning coffee or outdoor dining. Veronica also accommodated an early check-in and secure visitor parking (in addition to the apartment's parking spot). Went to the new restaurant around the corner, Decca by Adam D'Sylva, which was excellent. Great stay, would recommend.

Amazing location for the formula one. We have done many different F1 circuits & this appartment has got the be the most accessible property we have ever been able to get. Clean, easy to get to, within walkable distance to bars/restaurants, views are incredible. Had use of the washing machine. Which for us was a god send as we have been travelling around Australia for 4 weeks. Shower gel/shampoo & conditioner was provided. Overall a great stay. Mad our f1 experience a pleasant one. Thank you Meary for a great stay. Your apartment is comfortable. The instructions for access were easy to follow and we appreciated your prompt communications. Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.
