It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park.
