It is easy to walk around in the Midding area. It's a vacant lot right in front of you, but it's not noisy. If Midding is Korean town, this place across the street has a little more local feel. We have everything you need. The bed was clean and the kitchen utensils were all well equipped. The cooling worked well. It wasn't luxurious, but it was perfect for the price. Thank you.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

amazing location and quirky traditional experience highly recommend

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Thank you so much!

A modern, spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished apartment in a well maintained apartment building. Located in a small alley in a quiet residential neighbourhood with eating options nearby and just a 5/10 minute drive to the old town. Our host, Duong, kindly arranged airport transfers and helped us recover a lost suitcase during transfer. Instructions for airport pick-up, check-in and check-out procedures were clear and timely. I was with a group of 6 people and we all loved the building. the rooms are big and clean, the beds are comfy and there's a great coffee shop downstairs. i love the architecture kf this type of building in Hanoi, it's just so beautiful! the balconies are one of the best feature in my opinion. Perfect for group meals and chilling outside. the hosts are super responsive and they make it really easy for the guests. it is a bit further away from the old Quarter (20-30min by grab/1h30 by walking) but there's a lot of restaurants around and a very convenient grocery store a few minutes away (Winmart). there's also a bit of construction right now but with earplugs I slept very well. Thank you for having us, we'll be back!

Great stay! Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. There are a couple of Apartments in this listing (thus the "duplicate" pictures) so ask to check with the Host which you'll be in. Overall: - Super clean, and everything in the room is functional. - GREAT view on the 36th floor during my stay. - Great location, ~15mins drive to Old Quarter - Friendly receptionist who helped us print our bus tickets - Has security, card access needed to get into the lobby - Host is available to help fix any issues on chat Tips: - When you first enter the apartment, remember to turn on the Master Switch for electricity.

Phuong’s place was looking amazing. Extremely beautiful decorations and everything was clean and new. Check-in and check-out were easy. There’s a guard near by and you can contact him easily.

We had a lovely time at Ha’s place. It’s very well located right next to the Train Street and close to the Oldtown. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly and always helped us with all sorts of questions, refilling water bottles etc. We definitely recommend!!
