Holiday rentals with a patio in Donggongon

The location is good, by the sea, very close to Gaya Street, about 10 minutes by walk, there is a night market and mall nearby.

A very good location, easy to travel around, lots of attractions nearby. Convenience store just downstairs, no worries on stocking up necessities. Condition of the house is good, furnitures are all in good shape and comfy. Plus point is a good washer dryer which save lots of hassle. Aircond is cold, fridge works perfect, bed is comfortable as well. The only downside is the speed of the lift. There are 4 lifts available, however only 3 is working during our stay. Wait time can go up to 10-15 min during peak hour. Good job from the management to manually control the lift to loosen up the traffic. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and value for money.

Everything worked well, and the host was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back again with balcony view you can see extra airport landing! 😍

stayed 1 night at this AirBnB for Marathon. location is juz a few steps from start point. also easy to locate. house is well kept maintained. if only air-con be available in all the bedrooms & bathrooms be well ventilated, it would be a bonus! but if given another opportunity, would choose this location again for accomodation. highly recommended as host super helpful

Really great place and a really great host. Donald and his family made me feel so welcome and included me in lots of their plans which allowed me to get a really authentic Sabah experience! Really nice and wish I could have stayed longer!

A young lady with👍👍 great taste. She🫰🫰 is beautiful and kind. Accommodation: The room is tidy and clean, and there is no odor.The bed is very comfortable, and multiple trash cans and makeup mirrors are provided (very thoughtful!🥰🥰).There is also super thoughtful water and snacks (recommended snacks and cookies!) Transportation: Close to the pier!You can sleep a few more minutes in Tiaojiao. There is a lot of food😙😙 nearby and you can walk to it! A very healing trip!

Everything was fine,,the only bad part is need to waiting for lift (small space) even there is 4 lift😅,, and no rubbish bin area to throw your trash,, overall everything is fine and very convenient

This house is awesome! It's good for big family. My family member are 10 people and we used the house very well. There are three rooms. And each room has bathroom(toilet and shower booth) so we can easily use the bathrooms. And you can see the sunset from the windows!! (in February). it looked awesome. If you visit this house, I recommend you to bring your own hair dryer because there was a dryer but it was fixed on the wall. and maybe you need to bring some towels because there were 10 big towels. I prefer small ones to use.

Thanks to a very active host, I was able to play comfortably with my children. I had to throw it away because the carrier was broken, but I was touched because Kokkak was okay. I had a good time.

I'm very satisfied with the accommodation! As it was my second trip to Kota Kinabalu, I knew where to stay, but it was close to the night market, and nearby restaurants were all within a 10-minute walk, and it was a 15-minute walk from the nearby mall and Jesselton! They said they wouldn't take a taxi with wet clothes after playing in the water, so when I went, I walked when I came by taxi, but it was a good enough distance to walk! Oh, and the host was kind and proceeded with a late checkout, so I was able to stay comfortably even though it was a night flight! There was a saying that The Shore smelled in the bathroom, but it smelled a little when I first entered! But after staying for 3 nights, it was okay from the next day! If you don't use it, the smell seems to come up more! Oh, and another good thing! The balcony is a godsend! I sat on the balcony of the plane passing by and said hello, and I could see the pool right below, so it was nice to go to the pool, sit on the balcony, drink coffee, and see if there were a lot of people in the pool! My parents were also satisfied with the accommodation!
