Det er gammelt tømmer hus som er over 100 år. Huset ble pusset opp i 2024. Huset har 2 etasjer. Nydelig utsikt over fjorden fra vinduet. Nok plass inne og ute. Fagervika er et landlig område som ligger ved utløpet av Ranfjorden. Huset har en stor terrasse med grillplats og utemøbler. I første etasje er det mulig 1 soveplass ved behov. Båt og fiske er mulig, men må bestilles på forhånd. Stor parkeringsplass, 2 tursti, båten til leie. Turområdet " Brunnesset i Fagervika" , tysk kystfort.

There is also good chances of pulling up fish for dinner from the nearest swamp or boat. It is a short car ride if you want to experience Helgeland's beautiful archipelago via several free ferries.
