This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Massimiliano's apartment is very comfortable and spacious, being an open space with a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Excellent quiet area, but very close to the center of Suvereto and about 20 minutes from the sea with an outdoor area that is always very useful. Very kind and precise host and very precise directions to the apartment. Overall, a very positive review and we hope to be able to return!

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

Sofia and her husband Jorgen were amazing hosts. They were extremely friendly and welcoming to our entire group and were very helpful in every aspect of our stay. They could not have been more accommodating and friendly hosts. If I come back to Siena I will definitely stay with them again!

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Giulio’s place is the most perfect, relaxing, Tuscan escape. Myself, husband and 2 children had the best week there. The accommodation itself is very clean and comfy and has everything you need. The outside area and pool were beautiful!! It’s in a great location to explore the lovely towns and scenery that Tuscany has to offer. Giulio was the perfect host…so helpful and always there to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back 😊

We had a wonderful week at Caterina's house. You and your husband are wonderful, attentive hosts. 😄 The villa is surrounded by a wonderful fenced natural paradise, perfect for enjoying peace and quiet. Old large trees provide shade, perfect for lingering in the great garden, everything very well maintained, including the house. The highlight was of course the pool with a panoramic view of the next town. In the evening, you can watch fireflies in the bushes and also from the conservatory/living room, very romantic. In about 30 minutes you can reach the sea and also other infrastructure, supermarket, etc. Caterina was always friendly, provided us with restaurant tips and the directions were also very accurate. The last few meters of access to the house are a bit bumpy but every meter is worth it. All in all, we had the perfect holiday week, except for a little wind. Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Christine and John were the best hosts, making this incredible location even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond, recommending restaurants, wineries and experiences that made our trip unforgettable. Christine also helped us get our lost luggage back, ringing the airport for us and liaising with a driver in Florence to pick it up and drop it off to us. Incredible service. Absolutely recommend!

What tranquility and what a view. Beautiful estate and super friendly people who try to make you feel comfortable. Also a nice and pleasant swimming pool for when it is very hot.

Amazing location and beautiful location

The complex was huge and very well maintained. From the pool you have a great view of Castagnetto Carducci Castle. It was very relaxing days.

We were very pleased. Perfect for a beach holiday. Clean modern apartment, good location. The city was also within walking distance. The architectural style is reminiscent of apartments such as those found in Center Park, for example. In June, it was still hot, but since you can only ventilate on one side and there is no draft and the building, unlike traditional Tuscan buildings with thick walls, does get quite charged towards evening, I think it would have been too hot for us in July August at 36 degrees or more in the apartment to be able to bear it. At 29 degrees in June, however, it was still okay. Otherwise, I could list countless things we liked, we were fully satisfied. Perfect hosts

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

It is a beautiful house on a hill overlooking Tuscany and the sea. You feel as if you are alone in Tuscany because you have no direct neighbors. You have to drive on gravel roads to the house, but that did not bother us and it is worth it. Paola was a great host and always easy to reach. It was also a great stay for our two dogs.

I came back for the second time to Irene's place because I feel at home. Everything is perfect, it has all the necessities and amenities. Regenerating Hope to see you soon!

The view from the terrace of the hills of Tuscany, the sea and the islands is priceless! It is a special experience when Rocco's flock of pigeons draws its circles tightly around the cottage. At night you can see fireflies in the meadow behind the house - magical! We also enjoyed the opportunity to attend a dinner at the Toscani Ranch. It was a very warm, family atmosphere! The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. Casale Marittimo is just a stone's throw away and rightly recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We also made excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and down to the thermal baths of Saturnia and the Giardino dei Tarocchi. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car. The pine forest on the beach of Cecina is worth seeing, as is the Torre de Bibbone. You have to bring basic equipment for the kitchen, we recommend buying the delicious olive oil from Rocco!
