Nestled in the middle of 10 acres in a small-town Alabama. We call our property "Hammock's Rest!" With special touches in decor & amenities, our space is designed to allow you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere inside of our home. You can work, rest or play here! Snuggle up on our comfy couch, roast a marshmallow in the firepit or find your way to one of the hammocks on the property. Convenient to a local grocery store. Less than 30 min to Downtown Birmingham&less than an hour to Smith Lake.

Charming River Cabin, 4BR/2BA+boat dock/parking

Need a place to unwind and relax with the whole family? Welcome to our charming water-front cabin that offers excellent fishing and is next to 30k+ acres of state hunting land. The 2-story, tin-roof cabin sleeps 14 and boasts 4 cozy bedrooms (a master on both levels!), 2 baths, a stocked kitchen, dining area. Enjoy the rocking chairs and hanging bed on the front porch. There’s also a swim pier, boat dock, fire pit, piano. Located 40 min from Birmingham. Bring your own boat or rent one nearby.

Elora's Cabin is a remote luxury cabin tucked away amongst the bluffs and trees on the banks of the Sipsey River. Direct access to the river allows you to head north and explore deep into Bankhead Forrest or head south to Smith Lake. Backed up to a rock bluff with a natural spring, there is a seating area with a firepit that provides a serene escape to nature or use the deck for cooking and river views. It's designed to allow you to fully experience nature, while also having comforts of home!

There are several local restaurants with a 15 minute drive from the cabin, Top Hat BBQ & El Molino Mexican Restaurant. We are only 15 minutes from 165.

Case Rock Cabin --OFF-GRID- you cannot access this property with your vehicle. Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

Sunsets on the Porch - Cute BHAM Bungelow!

Cute bungelow with a great screened in porch offering the best sunsets in Birmingham! Clean and comfy with high quality bedding! Much better than your standard hotel room! Full kitchen (stocked with the essentials), washer and dryer, dining room (great for working on your laptop), full bathroom with shower/tub, and bedroom which also has patio access to overlook the valley! Sorry, we do not allow smoking, either inside the condo or outside on the patios.
