Love the beautiful, big, spacious yet warm, and cozy surroundings of this home. Charming and an old world feel while being clean and comfortable. Artistic touches throughout the home add a feel of the whimsical. Wonderful backyard and patio are a delight. Lots of extras make this stay so enjoyable. All to be found in the quaint town of Walterboro. A perfect stop over on our way down to Florida. Who could ask for more?! I’ll be back!

Colleen’s cottage was the perfect stay for an extended work trip. The place was so lovely and easily felt like home. It was an excellent way to experience the historically rich area of Summerville and i loved the proximity to local landmarks. The neighborhood was beautiful and relaxing and the bed was so comfortable after a long days work. Colleen was exceptiobally gracious and welcoming throughout the entire stay. She was especially generous and understanding when it came to my service dog Yoshi staying with me, which is always appreciated when travelling with a service animal. She had treats waiting for me and for Yoshi when we arrived and even had a special bed and toy for Yoshi when we checked in. It was overall one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had. When staying long term for work, the comfort of the home is important but the kidness and ease of communication with Colleen is really what made me feel so comfortable here 10/10 recomend and would love to stay again.

We had a great time. Kids loved fishing and kayaking the river. Great place to get away. Monica was a great hostess and quickly to respond left some yummy bread and quiche that was so needed after getting in late for checking and already have breakfast made. And the fresh eggs. This place was 10 outta 10 kids already want to return

Home was very clean and worked for us for an overnight stay to fly out of Charleston Airport. Beds were VERY comfortable. Not a lot in the area and on a busier street so did hear traffic all evening but it didn’t bother us much. Overall, great host. Would definitely recommended.

Ashley was a great host and the house has everything you need for a relaxing getaway or a good fishing trip! We came in town for a few days fishing and it was perfect for our stay. Very easy to get to boat ramps, and to get around Cross area. Beds are comfortable and everything has been updated and very homey feeling.

Very clean and looked just like the photos. Perfect location and super safe neighborhood there was even a police officer that over close by

The experience staying at this location is extraordinary. We've stayed here on multiple occasions and plan to be back in the future. The location works well for us and Ginger is very accommodating plus pleasure to communicate with during our stay.

Laura was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had all the amenities during our stay. She was very quick to respond and ensured any issue was handled quickly. I would certainly recommend her for anyone interested to book at her house. My family and I felt at home and really enjoyed our stay! Laura is a lovely lady!

Absolutely loved our stay at this short-term rental in Summerville! The decor was stunning—every detail felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. Our kids had a blast in the game area, which was packed with fun activities and perfect for keeping them entertained. The pool was gorgeous and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. This home truly had it all—comfort, style, and fun for the whole family. We can’t wait to come back!

Joseph's place was exactly what we were looking for -- a place for rest and relaxation. We took full advantage of the pool and communal spaces as places to connect and have fun. It was also located centrally to all of our needs. Although we stuck close to the house (because the pool...duh!) we did spend a day in Charleston. Only about a 30 minute drive and we were able to take in Charleston's rich history, find treasures in the market and Decuba's, as well as enjoy a luxurious meal at Hyman's (never disappoints!). We absolutely adore South Carolina and we fall in love a little bit more each time we visit. Thank you, Joseph for providing a safe and comfortable place to make memories. Master bed was very comfortable, kitchen and linens was well stocked and bathrooms/bedrooms were clean. We felt very comfortable staying here and it was central to most of the things we wanted to do. Thank you!

Very spacious area. Loved that the kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to prepare my own meals and also had a dishwasher. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for everything I needed. Susan was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again if available on my future trips.

We loved the Tica house! Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet safe neighborhood. Plenty of room to move around, my mother is on a walker and was able to navigate around without any problems. Pool was beautiful and clean, lots of outdoor seating, game room was lots of fun! A few things to know, there was a supply of laundry soap, dryer sheets and dish soap! You may want to bring a dish rag or two and dish towels, there are only two dish towels and no dishrags to wash dishes with. There were two mixers but no beaters to go in them, but there was a kitchen aid! I think they need to go thru and get rid of what isn’t usable. They do provide a toaster and an air fryer so very convenient for cooking. We would definitely stay here again! Jennifer was very easy to work with!

The house is as described. It was clean, it older and I think reasonably priced. The listing is upfront this is an older home and it’s clear they have been doing incremental updates as they have been renting it out and reinvesting into the property. For our family it was perfect!

Brianna was a great host! This space was perfect for our family and small dog. The home is located in a nice area with shopping and restaurants also not too far from Charleston. I would stay here again!

This was my first experience booking and staying at an Airbnb property. The booking process was seemless and the property was everything that we needed. We were visiting family and our time was there was enhanced by our stay.

There’s something truly magical about this place. Whether it’s the land or the people, this tiny home is a little slice of heaven. I stayed here during a travel work assignment for almost 5 months. It had most everything needed for a longer term stay, super comfy bed and even got my creative writing sparks flying. There is no oven but the hot plate/microwave air fryer is fine for simple meals. It is bigger inside than it appears. Any issues were taken care of immediately and with southern charm of course. The property does include Matthew’s landscaping/nursery business so there are always people around but this only added to the appeal. There is also a concrete business in the back with cranes and bulldozers but the noise did not distract from the tranquility here. The farm animals are an added bonus. Matthew and his property are truly the best of the best! As far as location wise, it’s about 10 minutes to downtown Summerville, 45/50 to Sullivans Island/downtown Charleston
