A bright and modern house with a south facing garden which will sleep eight people & has a private driveway for three cars. The house is located in the desirable area of Lodmoor ; a fifteen minute walk on flat ground leading you to Weymouth Beach, The Esplanade & Local Attractions. It's also located on a bus route with various locations to visit and a pub within walking distance serving great food.

The Lodge at Willen Farm is a beautiful single level converted barn on the outskirts of the quiet village of Leigh, just 4 miles from the town of Sherborne in Dorset. The Lodge provides the perfect location for a relaxing escape to the rural countryside, yet just 40 minutes from the fabulous Jurassic coastline. Spacious accommodation with two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower/toilet and a separate bathroom. Contemporary style with an outside patio area. Parking and a small garden area.

Nature reserve within a minute walk, off main road but short walking distance to beach, shops, pubs and local buses. Off road parking for 1 car, small outside seating area to enjoy your morning cuppa or evening drinks. Self contained with own front door. Stair lift on request, bathroom has low level access shower, handrails and seat.

The pretty village of Winterbourne St. Martin (Martinstown) has a great pub and a super village shop both within a short walk.
