We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

We had the most amazing stay at Upton Borne Lodge for my best mates Hen. Nothing was too much trouble for the host and they came with so many recommendations of activities & food from the local area. The house was spotless and just as described with flexible options for sleeping arrangements. The hot tub, pools, sauna were perfect additions. We didn’t leave all weekend as we had everything we needed! Gill & George were so helpful with everything and it’s well worth the price!

I booked this wonderful property for my best friend's hen do. 10 of us stayed here and hired the property for the weekend. We paid for the garden games, escape room, wine tasting and bbq use for one day. We had the most amazing weekend, we had an entire packed itinerary for almost every hour of the whole weekend from everything available on site and had the best time, we almost didn't have enough time to enjoy every amenity. Not only was the property expansive and full of activities ,even if we didn't pay for extras, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming. From taking time out of their own weekends to check we had everything we needed to setting up games, awarding prizes and giving the bride keepsakes for her wedding they couldn't have made us felt more welcome. Waking up in the morning there were horses, sausage dogs and incredible views paired with a kareoke room and a swimming pool. A site that can accommodate a plethora of activities, we would definitely revisit.

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

It was great experience staying at The Cobweb cottage as it is very beautiful, nice and clean. We enjoyed our time there. I also would like say special thanks to Celia who was very proactive and responsive to our request.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Coach House was well-appointed with everything we needed. The location was so peaceful with only the birdsong to listen to. We loved being able to walk straight out to the hills and enjoy the beautiful countryside. The local pub is really friendly with great food. The accommodation was really comfortable, clean and we would love to stay again. Thank you.

We're a family of 4 who enjoyed a two-night stay to reconnect amid our busy lives. The Coach House was ideal for our needs and well thought out. Pub next door where we had an excellent meal with great service (and no pub noise) was a winner.  Had a few minor issues including a temperamental fridge & oven. Roy was super helpful & responsive. Beds super comfy, though shower quite weak. But overall a great spot for long walks, sharing good food and an ideal place to switch off & spend quality time together - we took our fave board games.  A welcome respite from the everyday. Thank you Roy!

We have just had a great stay at Rebecca's the cottage is lovely . Rebecca has given a lot of thought to ensuring her guests have everything that they may need. The cottage is in a really peaceful location but easily walkable to town. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out with our coffee ☺️

Jenny’s cottage was absolutely perfect – beautifully decorated, cosy, and spotlessly clean. It had such a warm, welcoming feel that made us feel at home straight away. Jenny was a wonderful host – so thoughtful and friendly. She left us a lovely hamper with treats and essentials, checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and even invited us out to the local pub, which was such a nice touch! Everything was spot-on, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We had such a special weekend and would 100% love to come back. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this place. The home was clean and very up to date and very well done! The kitchen had everything we needed. The views were phenomenal and the fact it was so private was epic. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in this area. 5 stars are not enough.

We stayed here in early June and loved the place. We were slightly perturbed that the sea view overlooked the Oasis Shop/Cafe small car park but in fact this was not noisy nor did it spoil the view. It is literally a 20 yard walk to the steep pebbled beach (some sand at low tide) and half an hour's walk to Weymouth pier along the promenade. There is also a frequent bus service. The accommodation is immaculate, having the living area upstairs. Everything we needed was provided - even an electric toothbrush charger in the bathroom. We spent many an hour on the balcony with drinks watching the swimmers, surfers, sailors and spotting the commercial/navy ships which often anchored in the bay. We had many a happy days out in the Weymouth area and were able to leave the car parked outside all the ten days as we used the bus services. We hope to return in the near future.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the chapel. Lovely interiors, comfy beds and very peaceful surroundings. The beach is only a short drive and Stephanie recommended some delicious food options- The parlour for Italian in the coolest setting and sundorbon authentic Indian who delivered to the door…would highly recommend both! Overall a little gem!

We agree with most of the previous reviews. The cottage is roomy, well appointed, clean with a lovely large garden. The cottage was set back from the road so was quiet but accessible. The railway behind it was quiet during the day and not used at night. We wanted a base to see Dorset and beyond and we were not disappointed. After a busy day, it was so nice to return to the tranquility of the cottage and sit out to hear the birds and see the rabbits. We only needed to contact Sandra a couple of times and she responded immediately and sorted the problems efficiently (we recommend visitors to read the instructions on the Airbnb site in how to find the cottage and get in - easy, but necessary because of the secluded nature of this super cottage).

This place was absolutely perfect for us. The grounds are huge and full of wildflowers, and with the children’s play area it kept everyone happy for a whole day. And the playroom and toys were much enjoyed. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed, which was appreciated. The kitchen area is clean and compact, with enough equipment for our needs. Overall an excellent choice.

The property is idyllic, felt completely seperated from real life. So calm and peaceful. Our children were thrilled with the garden, the wildlife, the trampoline the hide an seek!! Gutted we only had thee nights. Thank Laura.

Our stay at Sea Pilot’s Cottage was absolutely amazing, we loved every minute! Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The cottage itself was stunning, with beautiful decor and lovely homely touches like fresh flowers and a bottle of fizz on arrival. The location was amazing, and the view is quite spectacular! Thanks for everything!

Another great stay at the stables. A stylish environment with pristine facilities (shout out to the cleaners who are lovely). Soft, comfy linen, powerful, hot showers and plenty of living space. We loved having the paddock so close to us, where our dog could run free. Such a quiet, peaceful setting, and yet barely 10 minutes from the town centre. This was our second visit and not long enough a stay. We'll be booking again for next year. Thanks again, Nicky, Geoff and team.

The Air BnB of Gwyneth is a wonderful place. It‘s a really cozy little cottage with everything you need. We really liked all the lovely details in the beautiful appartment and we also fell in love with the beautiful flower garden and the landscape around us. Gwyneth was a really nice host. She gave us so many tipps for places to shop, eat and things to do around the Air BnB. We would come back anytime.
