This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. What a beautiful little slice of the yarra valley. The heating was very efficient, it was icy overnight and we had no idea. We woke to kangaroos outside the window each morning. The caretakers lodge was much closer to the accommodation than I expected, however they were very helpful and friendly and I didn't see them apart from when I checked in. The house is stunning. The view from the huge windows is lovely. It felt very luxurious and was a lovely place to stay after getting married. I would absolutely recommend Kangaroo Manor to others, and I'd love the opportunity to stay there again one day. The hosts were very proactive, kind, and professional, and gave me the impression that I could contact them at any time. Thank you for a very memorable experience.

Very comfortable & relaxing stay in a large family home. Pool & backyard was great for the kids. Lots of space to relax, views of the farms and horses, and lots of birdlife. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks Jason.

We stayed at this beautiful, unique property with family who flew in from the US for my daughter's wedding and was the perfect retreat for us for a few days. Amali's communication was clear and friendly and we loved the tranquility, pool and space to spread out. Perfect!

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in beautiful Marysville. The house had everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen and wood fire place. The fire kept the house nice and toasty. Beds were comfy and rooms stayed warm .We chose not to pay the extra fee and brought our own linen which worked out well. There were books, games and a hardrive of movies which helped keep the kids entertained in the wet weather. The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful and the native birds often come to greet you on the deck.

I had a great stay at Glenis's place. The space was comfortable, and well set up for a short or extended visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local necessities and sport / recreation activities.

Our stay was amazing and the hosts exceeded expectations before we even checked in. All communication was quick and easy and helpful. The venue was beautiful. Clean, homey, warm, cosy and with our group of 8, never crowded. There were heaps of extra and personal touches from a well stocked pantry of extras, to games, blankets, pillows….abundance of everything. Even the sheep and alpacas bought a little touch or gorgeousness to our stay. We had a little mishap on checkout and the hosts were so understanding. I cannot recommend the hosts or the venue enough. Thank you.

This house is everything we hoped it would be, a relaxed and comfortable escape from the city without having to go far. The hosts are incredibly contactable and Andrew was really friendly when he showed us through the house. The views from the house through the tree tops is beautiful, while the well stocked wood pile kept us warm while we stayed. The bedrooms were a great size and the bathrooms nice and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking over a few days stay. We loved it and would definitely return!

We stayed at Jonathan’s house for two nights whilst we were in town for a function. Check in was very easy, made so by the instructions provided by Jonathan prior to arrival. The place was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were clean, water pressure and temperature were perfect which is sometimes hit and miss, but not at Jonathan’s! Everything needed was supplied, the 4 bedrooms a bonus if you have a larger group staying. Went for a walk around the area, be careful those hills will get you as we found out! Overall an amazing place to stay, no dramas or issues to raise, we will definitely be keeping this on our list of places for where to stay when in town.

The house was extremely clean, well-organized, and had absolutely everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to all the comfort details in every room. It truly felt like home. What a great place to stay, the renovations are amazing. It had everything you need and more. We also loved that you were so close to restaurants, chemist and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.

Jessie’s place is incredibly cosy. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. Everything was so well-organised, with clear instructions provided in a binder, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. The beds were warm and super comfortable. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back again when visiting Melbourne!

We had a fantastic time at Hope's place. It's in a great location with easy access to the shops and train station. Hope was an understanding and considerate host who is very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Hope's place to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Me and my family enjoyed our one night stay at Chantal’s lovely cottage. The surroundings were beautiful and the property was very well maintained with lots to take in. Kangaroos, farm animals, picturesque landscape. We had a great time feeding the animals. The cottage was comfortable and so charming.
