Located 7 km from Piumhi, the headquarters house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and kitchenette, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue. Ribeirão Araras crosses a good part of the farm, thus creating several points conducive to cooling down. The water used, in the headquarters house, comes from a spring brought by a hose and a water region that passes behind the house. Simple, bucolic place. Ideal for being inspired by an experience tourism.

To relax, there is a large balcony with spectacular views of the Furnas reservoir. Ideal for those who want to relax and/or party! Residence located in the city center, close to bars, restaurants, bakeries, has 3 bedrooms, all three of which will be available for guest use, 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a social bathroom, 1 living room with 1 sofa bed and 1 TV and 1 TV room with LED TV (mattresses can be added), 1 pantry, 1 kitchen and dining room and 1 balcony in addition to 1 full bathroom near this balcony and a garage for 2 cars. The house will be available to guests; it is not a shared space.

Our stay was excellent, the space is super cozy, the place is beautiful, with an amazing sunset, we feel at home, we made a fire, we dined there every day and built good memories during the days we stayed in the house. The house and the place are even more beautiful than in the photos, well-equipped kitchen, everything working properly, clean and spacious rooms.

I and my friends went to Arcos to climb the trail of San Pedro and stayed at the cottage for 4 days. The place served us well, we were comfortable. There we were able to cook, barbecue and enjoy a clean and beautiful place. Beyond is clear from the pool in the late afternoon to relax a little, after a day of climbing. Gil met us on standby when the Rsrs gas ran out. Recommend!!

The apartment is impeccable in all aspects. Since the time of arrival, it was possible to notice the care with the details, such as the pleasant aroma when opening the door. All the kitchen items were new and worked perfectly. In addition, there were basic items available, such as coffee, sugar, sweetener, salt and teas, which provided extra comfort after the trip.The property has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, extremely clean and fragrant towels, shampoo, liquid soap, toilet paper and hair dryer in the bathroom. In the bedroom, the bedding was impeccable, including duvet and blankets, and the bed proved very comfortable. The presence of black-out curtains in both the bedroom and the living room ensured excellent rest nights. The photos of the ad faithfully represent the place, which is really beautiful and well taken care of. The host's service was exceptional, demonstrating attention to every detail and contributing to a unique experience. Without a doubt, it was perfect.
