Plenty of wildlife - hares, deer and a recent night-time sighting of pine marten. Lovely up here this time of year - a big sky, far reaching views and rich autumn colours as the leaves begin to turn.

Only a short distance to the magnificent Shropshire Hills which offer excellent hiking and cycling and also only a short drive to Shrewsbury Town Centre which is famous for its medieval buildings, Norman castle and Abbey. The town is great for shopping and socialising and hosts a large number of independent retailers, excellent restaurants, traditional pubs and cocktail bars. We have good internet access.
