It's a simple, stylish house. It is a household on the north side. The entire house is for rent, the floor plan is 2LDK, and the garden is 70 square meters. (You can also rent the two households on the south and north sides together. The gardens are connected. Please ask me about any of these services. On sunny days, you can see Mt. Fuji (south side) from the building or garden. 1.7 km from Kawaguchiko Station, 500 m from Kawaguchiko Bridge and Kawaguchiko Lake shore. It is a 3-minute walk from the Oki bus stop (A4) on the Kawaguchiko Loop Bus (Red line). Parking for 2 cars. We also provide kitchen facilities, a drum washing machine with dryer (automatic detergent injection), and simple cooking utensils such as pots and pans. The key is a password for self check-in and self check-out. This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. There are many popular spots nearby that are frequently featured on TV, such as Miyagase Dam, hot springs, Ogino Bread Factory, Hattori Ranch, cafes, and tree adventures.

Free wifi, workspace, refrigerator, toilet, bath, BBQ, etc. are all available. There are 2 air conditioners for a comfortable stay. There are also BBQ facilities and a fire pit, so you can relax while feeling the nature. I rent out the inn's detached building on Airbnb, and I also have a home in a separate building, so I can accommodate a variety of needs. Renovated toilets, baths, and tatami mats in October 2024. We rent out bicycles for free. * Please let us know in advance if you are using a BBQ or campfire. A usage fee of 1,000 yen per person (cash on the day) will be charged. We have all the basic items such as nets, iron plates, charcoal, firewood, firelighters, chucka man, mosquito coils, dishes, chopsticks, gloves, tongs, spatulas, seasonings, etc. You only need to provide the ingredients.
