For a night or a stay, we welcome you to this little wine house, your car will be parked in the closed and secure courtyard, bicycle and motorcycle room. Living room-kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom with shower, you will be totally independent inside our property located in a small typical village of pink stones, close to TOURNUS and in the heart of Burgundy. Tea, coffee, chocolate available in the accommodation, bread and pastry dispenser 150 m away.

In old house with garden + lake view: 3-room apartment.

A functional 3-room apartment with bathroom and small kitchen awaits you. Shared garden, bus stop in front of the house (7 min. to the train station/city center). Alone, as a couple, with friends or family, relax in the secluded garden and enjoy the beautiful view, hike along the vineyard path, swim in the lake and explore the old town of Biel... and let the charm of the old house take effect. The main apartment is occupied by one of the hosts.

You will be less than 2 km from the many shops in the Epenottes de Dole area and the A39 highway (Dole-Authume) to enhance your stay. A baby crib can be provided. The bedding is all comfortable (convertible living room too). Outside, you have a furnished terrace and a free parking space.

And of course walks in the vineyard, on foot or by bike! By car, 20 minutes from Dijon, 30 minutes from Beaune, 2 hours from Lyon.

We have ponies, donkeys and mules. In summer, they are in the pasture next to the house. By arrangement, they can be visited or booked for walks (therapy sessions).
