Το σπίτι βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα μετά την πλατεία του χωριού,4 χιλιόμετρα από την διάσημη παραλία τής παλαιοκστριτσας,με κήπο και γκαζόν και σκιά κάτω από το δέντρο του λωτου με αρκετή ηρεμία. για χαλάρωση.
