The Parker House
The Parker House is a little cottage, wonderfully situated near water and LBL in Dover, TN. A spacious home boasting a large yard with a covered carport and additional parking for vehicles and boats. This home sleeps 6 comfortably (more with a pullout mattress and couch recliners), 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom. Our centralized location has beautiful views, easy access to restaurants, recreation, and scenic drives. Approx. 5 mins to (4) boat docks, 45 mins to Clarksville, TN & 2 hrs to Nashville, TN.
