Really cozy and clean cabin in good location. Price is very reasonable.

Loved the peaceful yet colorful private place. Very thoughtful set up from little things that can be easily overlooked to fun and stylish furniture and design. I would like to come back again as I don't live too far off.

Holly’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to Asheville. It’s so close to downtown that it made a great home base. We always felt close enough to drop stuff off or hangout and take a breather. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This is a great place for anyone looking to stay around the north Asheville area! There are plenty of good restaurants and parks close by, and downtown Asheville is so close! The house is exactly as listed and had plenty of space for our group. We would definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Asheville! The Rondette is situated in a peaceful neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown. The house is super clean and comfortably furnished. Many thanks to our hosts for proving all the essentials and a few extras. We loved the coffee/tea station!

There are no words to describe how perfect the day was. Every little detail was thought out! The house is unbelievably gorgeous and the furnishings were perfect. I cannot recommend this stat enough and hope to come back soon. The hosts were very responsive to messages and helpful. They left notes for everything so there were no questions about anything— even light switches were labeled which was so helpful. The garden was gorgeous and we loved sitting on the porch. The location was perfect! Close to everything but still felt secluded. We LOVED it!

Mike was a terrific host. He answered every question I had, gave great recommendations, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend to my friends back home. 5 stars!

Absolutely loved this place! I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs that feel like they were renovated as cheaply and quickly as possible. That is absolutely not the case here. Everything felt thoughtful and intentional. It’s absolutely gorgeous, I don’t feel like the photos did it justice. The area is great as well. West Asheville is one of our favorite parts of town so the location was perfect. Highly recommend staying with Katlin!

This is my second stay here, which I rebooked on the spot during my 1-night stay last year. I stayed 5 nights this time to attend a dance weekend at nearby Warren Wilson College, a mere 7-minute drive. The space was very clean and well equipped abd felt very private, despite actually being attached to the main house. The hosts were attentive and responsive to my needs and were friendly, helpful, abd informative when we happened to run into each other outside. Wildlife was abundant, and I really enjoyed watching whatever might happen along from my own front porch. Fireflies at night, birds galore, roosters crowing nearby, chipmunks, butterflies, and yes! I actually saw 2 bears one day, each at a separate time, wandering on different sides of the yard. One of hosts alerted me the day before that there were 2 in the yard, but I missed seeing that (he did send me photos), and the day I saw the bears, I sent him video and he sent me a photo of a coyote that had been out there earlier.

Our stay was exactly what we expected and were looking for. It’s right in the middle of the heart of West Asheville so be aware that it’s busy with a variety of people and very active. If you are looking to be steps to hip nightlife and eclectic restaurants this is the place for you. It’s also a quick drive to the RAD, downtown, and the south slope.

House was in a great location, easily accessible to all that Asheville has to offer. We loved staying in an older home that has vintage charm. The street was quite with beautiful trees, but close to everything.

Frank and Peter are simply the best hosts we've encountered in our years of Airbnb. This is not hyperbole - their apartment is spotless, has everything you need, their communication is as prompt and clear as it gets and when they see you, you are treated as an old friend. The amenity description does not exaggerate and the photos are not staged. This apartment is not to be missed if available.

It's a beautifully appointed basement apartment facing a quiet area with natural surroundings. The shower is like a spa! Highly recommended!

This places was exactly what we needed, Jacob was always a quick responder, and everything was clean and organized. Totally recommended.

Cute place! Loved the coffee/tea bar in the kitchen! The mattress was very comfortable & the bed linens were high quality. The updated features (matte black faucets, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, sound machines) coupled with the great communication, confirm that this host understands, and strives to achieve, genuine hospitality !! Water pressure in the (not en-suite) shower was weak🥲. You can hear people in the upstairs unit walking around… if you’re sensitive to noise like that, just be aware … Overall… this unit is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in with AIRBNB and we hope to come back again soon!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Elevator building and closed garage. Felt very safe inside. Well equipped and stocked. Bed was super comfy too!

We had such a great experience! My top priority is cleanliness, and this place definitely met my standards. It was uncluttered, meticulously organized, and extremely clean. Everything we needed was provided. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! The location was perfect, too. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lorena is a great host, and always quick to help. No complaints whatsoever. The space is lovely and lots of room. Everything is clean and smells good. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It was perfect for us in between moves. Highly recommended!

We really appreciated all the small touches making us feel welcome. For example filtered water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, shampoos, laundry soap and chocolates. The place was very clean and updated. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was also very enjoyable to see and use their pottery pieces. They were both very friendly. Her description was perfect in saying that they are in a quiet neighborhood but close to lots of fun things to do. We will definitely be back.

You can’t go wrong staying at Libby’s place. Libby communicated clear check in instructions and was always responsive. The condo was immaculate. The beds are comfortable and the master bathroom roomy. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you might need and then some. New Belgium is right across the street, and the River Arts district is within walking distance. Having garage parking is an added bonus. I would love to stay at Libby’s again if I’m ever back in Asheville
