From wine & beer, coffee & tea, snacks, plenty of clean towels and fluffy bathrobes all included in your stay! As much as they need! We are pretty cool hosts. The apartment is part of the eclectic East Austin scene in the popular Holly Street neighborhood. It's minutes from downtown clubs and restaurants, and a short walk to the Austin Hike and Bike trail system that runs through the center of the city. Plenty of room for parking, but close to all bus stops, bike rentals and ride sharing. We have created a space that is very comfortable and accommodating. This apartment is detached from the main house, where we live. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is directly in front of the house. Borrow bikes, paddleboards, kayaks. Open the blackout cellular shades to feel suspended among the trees & see countless species of birds, including Monk parakeets. This studio makes excellent use of the space above our 2-car garage with an elegant bathroom, organic mattress, & butcher block countertops. 2G Google Fiber wifi It's tight for 3 or 4 people.
