There is one odd thing about the layout: The detached private bathroom is across the shared corridor (~3 steps down the hall), it cannot be accessed from the studio. It is a private locked bathroom only for this room, but you have to leave the room to access. Chances are slim you will run into one of the other 3 tenants in the hallway. Unit 1!
