This Victorian charmer is an easy 4 block walk to Downtown and Colorado College. Walk 2 houses down and you can stroll through walking/jogging paths in Shook Run Park. My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown--within walking distance. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy kitchen, fully stocked for preparing food. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. You'll love the access to an urban trail (Monument Valley), comfy queen bed, & coffee. A coffee shop and breakfast place are within walking distance.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

The location was close to the tourist attractions. John and Kat were so great at communicating, everything went so smoothly. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Quiet, clean,secure location with off street parking. This residential area is great for walking and the front porch swing was great. The attic conversion has a/c and a ceiling fan to keep it cool for sleeping and easy to regulate the temperature. Communication was great, bed was super comfortable, and everything was clean. No privacy concerns at all with the open attic space, no one else is on the floors when the guest is present and I didn’t miss having the door with the way the room is set up. Even as a solo traveler, I felt safe. Highly recommend this listing.

I often think we'll return to our airbnb stays again in the future, but this time, we really did a repeat stay because Lila and her place are GREAT! Lila's home is as sweet as it can be and Lila is as friendly and welcoming as she can be. Lila communicates promptly and made sure we had all that we needed for a short stay in Colorado Springs. Her place is quiet, clean and really demonstrates the ethos of airbnb in my thinking. I recommend her place highly.
