Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Detroit

We had a good stay and the location was perfect for our home base. The beds were quite comfy, which is always nice since you never know what kind of mattress you'll be sleeping on until you have to sleep on it. The hosts were very nice, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The Airbnb was super cute with tons of space. We did have an issue with hot water while we were there, but Rachel was quick to respond and help resolve it. One thing of note is that the walls are crazy thin and you can hear almost everything on either side, as people were staying in those adjacent apartments. Thankfully, everyone was respectful and quiet at night. With that said, definitely bring an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise and light while you sleep. The bedrooms face 9 mile and it's a busy downtown where people are out and about late due to being a popular night life area. The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants.

Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Felt like a home with all the necessities included. Clean rooms and washrooms, easy check-in and responsive. Good place for a weekend get away

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. The 2nd floor deck was our favorite spot. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and all the basics are there. The diverse community was welcoming and very friendly. There are so many restaurants in walking distance and a wide variety of choices from standard pizza to so many different Mediterranean cuisine. It was so a great place to stay. I’m definitely booking here again on my next visit.

Home was very cozy and comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very close driving distance to Detroit which was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

The place was great. Loved the decor!!! It felt like a hotel stay. Very clean and organized. It was comfortable and Em was a great host. She was very kind, patient and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay, if we had any questions Halima was white on rice with quick responses! I enjoyed the Detroit book collection. The neighborhood felt safe on the end where the house is located near the fire station, it was quiet and the house was very clean and comfortable. Loved the welcome basket and the house was very spacious.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays! Bill and Rick were amazing hosts and so friendly! The house was perfect and the yard was even better! Great place for a 2 night stay with my husband and our 2 dogs. We will definitely stay again!

Nafi is a great host, and quickly responsive. I even left a few items after check out by mistake and he was kind enough to let me come back and retrieve them with no hassle! Most definitely will book again ❤️

Amazing find!! This place was exactly like the description and photos even better. Love Motown theme and hometown decor feeling, TVs in everyroom, plenty places for chargers, comfortably beds. Dont get discourage by the outside surroundings, this neighborhood seems to be upcoming. It was a quiet street, and i felt safe. Full of amenities that you may need. We were there for a baseball games downtown. This place was 10mins or less from the stadiums. Great Find and will definitely return when we are back in the area.

All we can say is…W-O-W. We truly felt right at home. The attention to detail was outstanding. Towels on the beds, creamer & tea on the kitchen counter, board games, etc etc. This stay exceeded all our expectations and we can’t wait to return next year. It was so good that we don’t need to look at other accommodations. This will be our go-to spot whenever we’re in Detroit. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts!!

Great stay at the Bailey Park House. Close to Eastern Market and Downtown Detroit area. The house was as advertised, great for a weekend stay, and clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a nice balcony out back for bird watching or relaxing. The check-in/check-out process was easy. Will is a great host and was very responsive.

Duda’s place was extremely clean and private. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others!

We spent 3 nights at one of the most impressive Airbnb's ever. Alexis made her Airbnb feel like a home. She has an eye for detail. She supplied top line bathroom amenities, has a fully stocked coffee bar and if you need a workstation for work, she has you covered. The location is also a selling point - Comerica Park and Ford Field were close by. There were restaurants within walking distance. You'll also have easy on premises parking, a huge plus. If our travels bring us back to Detroit - this is the place to stay.

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay. Really appreciated the clean, welcoming apartment and the walkability of this location.

I loved the place, very comfortable

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

Shone's place is beautiful, it makes you feel rite at home. The only downfall is the noise of the traffic coming from the main road, just a heads up. But other then that no complaints from me. Just make sure to take all shoes off before walking upstairs 😁 his carpet is very clean 👌

Loved staying here! The amazing artwork and exposed brick made the place feel extra special! Cozy bedroom, definitely one of my favorite stays! Hosts were very friendly and accommodating!
