We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth. Check-in was easy and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

I stayed in this house for about 20 days. Everything was great. The house is very functional. Having a parking space and spending time in the garden was wonderful. The house is quite spacious, away from noise, and very quiet. I would definitely choose it again.

I celebrated my and my friend's birthday at Olga's Villa. I couldn't ask for more for my Birthday :) The villa was very clean, spotless and top notch! Everything was well in place and exactly the way it was described. The location was perfect , next to the mall and to the beach. The location was also a bit private and completely away from the noise of the city! Olga was a very responsive and proactive and helped in organizing the stay very well and quick. The price of the property was worth the stay! The caretaker of the villa ''Etsy'' was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and I would give 10 stars to Etsy on how she takes care of the guests. Thank you Olga for being such a great host and providing us your space. We had such a magical time and I really look forward to booking your place once again, especially in winters to enjoy the pool more ;) Thank you so much once again :)

The space is incredibly generous, and I especially appreciated that it’s pet-friendly. Our dog, Mila, had an absolute blast! Everything from the amenities to the overall comfort made our stay truly enjoyable. If you’re looking to get away from the busy city center, this villa is a perfect choice. The nearby souk, with its modern supermarket, cozy cafés, and great restaurants, adds a lot of convenience. The community itself is green, safe, and very walkable. The property is right in all ways, not situated on a much higher floor gives a massive view advantage of how you could perceive the amazing Burj Khalifa View and Fountain View. Everything is right in place and you can literally feel like home. A Perfect Recommendation for sure! ⭐️

Had a great stay here in this amazing neighbourhood right next to the Burj and Dubai Mall. Super convenient.

It was a very good stay overall. Dubai Mall is just a 5-minute walk away, with Carrefour and a pharmacy conveniently located across the street. The apartment is close to major attractions, which saved lot on cab fares. The best part, an unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa! The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, utensils, microwave, gas stove, and oven making it feel just like home. The host is approachable and friendly. Our kids especially loved having breakfast with the view of the Burj Khalifa.

I was truly enchanted by this place — every detail is magical. Zenia is a creative soul who left a story in every corner. The place feels like paradise, full of positive energy, peace, happiness, and comfort. If you’re looking for an escape like I was — away from the noise and buildings — and want to take a trip with yourself or a friend in nature, I highly recommend this place. The service is amazing, and everything you need is available. Zenia is very supportive, replies to your messages right away, and makes sure you have full privacy and comfort. I will definitely come back here again — for more peace, meditation, and pure enjoyment.

Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.

Iryna's place is great. It's the perfect spot if you want to stay in DIFC: 30 seconds of walk (under the shade) and you're connected to Index Mall, itself connected to Gate Avenue and all its restaurants, cafés, shops and offices. The building has a very nice gym + pool + lounge area (you can work from there) + playing area for kids. Iryna is a great host: super responsive and helpful. I will happily stay at her place again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It took us some time to find a nice place to stay, and this one truly exceeded our expectations. As described, it was clean and had stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The location was very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also kindly requested airport pick-up and drop-off, which they arranged through a third party. Additionally, they surprised us with some very delicious chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a great time at the small playground, making some new friends. We also found very friendly neighbors, which added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!

A beautiful home in the heart of downtown, the private garden is pure class! We really enjoyed the stay and we hope we can book it again for our next stay. Sami has been an amazing and careful host from the first second! Highly reccomanded!
