Condo holiday rentals in Downtown, Greensboro

This was the perfect place to stay during a quick weekend trip to Greensboro. The building felt extra safe, and it was the perfect location to walk everywhere we wanted to go for the weekend. The condo itself had all the necessary amenities and then some. We loved hearing the ocean sounds when we walked in, and everything was very clean. Victoria was an incredible communicator - very responsive, and gave very clear instructions for everything. We look forward to staying here again!

Easy to find. It was perfect for our weekend in town. Just my preference… I didn’t like the beds. They were not high enough. My husband just had heart surgery and it was difficult for him to get off the bed.

I can't express how much I loved this place! It was a spontaneous getaway for my husband and me, and we truly couldn't have found a better location right in the heart of downtown GSO. Victoria was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us, especially on such short notice. Her communication was outstanding, making us feel genuinely welcome and at home. The space was just as beautiful as the photos—so cozy and inviting! I had such a wonderful time during my stay, and I’m already looking forward to booking again!

Perfect downtown location. Everything is in walking location! Even the baseball field. The Communication from them for checking in/ parking was fabulous and the response time is excellent. I highly recommend this location for a perfect getaway. Rachel

Very easy to stay here while visiting High Point University. Close to the campus and a coffee shop.

This is a Great place to stay, close to the University and restaurants. Always clean and a quiet place to work.

The place was very nice and spacious. The only issue we had was getting locked into the bathroom every time we shut the door. My husband tried to fix it but no luck definitely needs a new knob. Besides that everything was comfortable we would definitely stay there again.

This was my second time staying here. Easy, clean, and well stocked. Always a very comfortable visit.

absolutely wonderful stay. Victoria always responded quickly to my questions. she went out of her way to answer concerns I had about parking availability: sending me pictures and video. I was able to access the premises early to unload and meant Victoria in person. she is great. My daughter and I were at an event at the Carolina Theatre: Just a very short, easy, safe walk away. We felt safe in the building and apartment. the rental was clean, quiet, and quaint. everything one would need was furnished. there are coffee shops and restaurants merely steps from the premises. this was my first experience using an Airbnb, and Victoria made it extremely easy, and enjoyable. we will stay again next time we are in greensboro!

Karim gave clear instructions. Check in was easy. He messaged me to check in with me after we had arrived and to see if we needed anything. I received a call during our stay that my dad who had been battling cancer had taken a turn for the worse so we had to change our reservation and leave a few days early to get home. Karim was very accommodating and he changed my reservation quickly after I reached out and refunded the days we didn’t stay. I was able to make it home in time to say goodbye to my dad. We will definitely rent from Karim again!!

Great place to stay near downtown. The bed is extremely comfortable and I like that they allow pets. Would stay again!

I stayed here for a month and a half, bringing just my dog and my clothes. The condo had everything else I could possibly need to make it feel like home! If I needed something or had questions, Vicki was very quick to respond! I didn’t have a single issue while staying here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a long term rental! I’m looking at you, travel nurses 👀

Safe, quiet place away from the main traffic. Place is comfortable and is furnished. A bit dated but everything in the apartment is working well. The host is very kind, helpful, responsive and flexible on the schedule. I will continue to stay here if available whenever I am in town.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

Carolyn is a great host. She was extremely helpful with any of my queries during my stay. Her property is very neat and clean and lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. If you’re looking for a home away from home, this is it!!

Traveling to Greensboro for the first time, and I’m glad I found this Quaint Condo. The location was great. We could walk to so many places, including the Grasshoppers game. The condo was clean and exactly as described/pictured. Location felt very safe in general, and the condo specifically was very safe (import for this first-time visitor who didn’t know her way around.) Horton was a fantastic host. I hope this is available to rent the next time I come to town!

We loved staying at Christy's place. Our son was graduating this weekend from HPU. The proximity to the school was amazing. It is also convenient to the stores and restaurants, but at the same time private and quiet. We wish we new about this four years ago! The home was clean and well equipped for all of our needs. First floor living and parking right out front was a plus. If we find ourselves in High Point in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Five stars all around! Thank you Christy!

stayed here for a business trip. Nicole’s place was very straightforward (in the best way). no fuss no frills, finding the place and getting in was easy. the place is a traintrack unit with 3 different rooms: living room, dining room, and bedroom. enough bed+sofa to comfortably fit 5 ppl. TV equipped with roku. Nicole even provided detergent for washer/dryer. My only (very minor) note was that we couldnt find any pots/pans in the unit. so we only cooked things that can be cooked in the microwave. but otherwise, all good!

The home looks like the pictures. The neighborhood was close to the downtown area and plenty of food options. It was also quiet and we had no issues finding it. We were a little confused on the designated parking and we were met with an alarm system blaring that the code was not provided for. However the host was very responsive and called right away to make sure we were inside safely and comfortable. I definitely enjoyed the stay here and would book again.

We liked the apartment, enjoyed the balcony and The Factory's interior garden. It is a spacious place with large bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and provided good recommendations for local restaurants. She was also supportive when we had to change plans. Kernersville downtown is very small, but has a few good coffee shops, a bakery with delicious cupcakes, the Founders Park has a pond with colorful fish, and a beautiful botanical garden, all in walking distance from the apartment.
