The location on this place is perfect. You can tell it was lovingly remodeled. The upstairs is very private from the downstairs with a separate entrance. Two friends or family could easily book this beautiful stay and hang out yet feel very private. Both the kitchens and bathrooms are well stocked. You can’t go wrong by booking this place.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, always enjoyed it! Family loves the house and proximity to the beach and shopping/restaurants, etc.

We went to a concert at Daily's Place. Perfect location. We would book the exact same place again. Nice, clean, great location. We had 4 people. Worked out great!

This turned out to be the perfect stay for a besties weekend get away. The queen bed was super comfy and the water pressure was fantastic. The shower never ran out of hot water during our stay. Everything was clean and there were extra toilet paper and trash bags available. The neighborhood is very homey and lively, seemed like a good community. I would absolutely book again if I'm ever in the city.

This house was everything you could hope for! The beds alone were a dream to sleep in, we were amazed how comfy they were. The host put so much thought and detail into everything, such as the labels, the towels, the wood for the fire or the recommendations of restaurants and nightlife. We were celebrating a birthday and the pool was the icing on the cake! 10/10 experience, thank you so much!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s! The area was very cute and walkable to restaurants. Andrea and her mom Carol were both very responsive during check in and throughout our stay. The place was very comfortable and had nice eclectic furnishings. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Nice and spacious. Felt like home. Only bad thing is the game room was hot. But we opened the doors and it cooled down fast..

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and the surrounding area is nice. Only a short drive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

Pool was lovely. Layout was very open. Such a nice place for us as well as our dogs.

Me and my kids as well as our puppies stayed a weekend at this wonderful place my kids loved the house and it was a relaxing getaway my family needed everything was just what we expected Mr.Walden is very nice and responds with no problem in a very timely matter. Can't say enough about how great a host James was. He was responsive in a timely manner everytime I had a question. The place was immaculate!! A well spent Birthday getaway!!

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood with a screened-in pool, hammocks, and plenty of space! The kitchen had real pots and pans, the Roku TVs kept everyone entertained, and the host was super responsive. The main bathroom shower had the pressure of a pressure washer — exfoliating and terrifying — an adjustable head would be nice. TV in the primary bedroom wasn’t in a great spot, and the hot tub/jetted tub were MIA or just mysterious. Grill looked like it had seen one too many BBQs, and the outdoor trash bins were full when we arrived. Could use more spoons, an oven mitt, and small kitchen staples (foil, wrap, cooking spray, pizza pan). Despite the quirks, we had a great time and would definitely come back — next time with spoons and a helmet for the shower.

The home exceeds any expectations the pictures just don’t do it justice .. the decor is perfect the energy was cozy and the beds were so dang comfortable that I took a pic of the tag so I can buy one for my house lol would absolutely stay again and the host was amazing and friendly

Absolutely one of the best stays ever! Francesca and Carlos’ home is just beautiful! We had plenty of space and the home was immaculate! From check in to check out the entire process was easy and our hosts, are most definitely Superhosts! They were extremely quick to respond and answer questions and offer information about the area to help us navigate…very helpful! All of the little touches to make you feel right at home are here. Loved being able to make coffee in the mornings at the little coffee station! We were very close to downtown and the stadium, like about 5-7 minutes and close to a number of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in San Marco within walking distance to shopping and restaurants! Kyle was helpful with a few questions we had during our stay. We would definitely consider another stay here.

Great place to stay while visiting family in the area. Beautiful view of the river, walkable location to shopping and eating in the area. Only two things worth mentioning is there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working, but there were 2 ice trays in the freezer. Other than that the place was clean, the AC worked great on the hot days, everything was well stocked. We hope this is available next time we come down.

I had a great stay at Mateus’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and Mateus was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing host and place to stay!

This is the 2nd time our family has stayed at Cowford Cottage and both times were a great experience. We felt right at home and enjoyed the interior design and cute decorative additions. From the screened front porch for morning coffee to the quaint back yard...loved every minute of it. Having both front and back yards fenced in was an added bonus for our fur baby's as well as the kids! The office set up in the 3rd bedroom was also great for me allowing me to easily work when needed. It fit our needs perfectly both times and I am sure we will return!

Super cute and can’t beat the location! We travel a lot, and this was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Kudos to the cleaners! Chris and his team were responsive and kindly allowed us to edit our stay when plans changed. And they have thought of everything you could need in terms of amenities and supplies. Definitely book it!!
