We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-appointed, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the peaceful surroundings were a huge plus. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the hot tub in the cool, early mornings. It was the perfect way to start the day. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our expectations were exceeded! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Las Vegas. The location is simply perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the Strip to reach all the city’s highlights within minutes. The house itself is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and right at home. We were especially impressed by the spacious and impeccably clean swimming pool, a true oasis of relaxation after a day full of adventures in the city. Everything was spotless, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed every minute and sincerely hope to come back soon. Christina’s home was so amazing!! Everything is so nice and cleaned. My kids, husband and I felt rite at home. Being able to cook home meals to feeling so comfortable by staying at her home. Will be returning for our next stay, upon availability. Christina was available for any concerns, she’s amazing!

Arree’s home was exceptional clean, stylish, and incredibly well-located just minutes from the Strip. The space was thoughtfully furnished, and every detail felt deliberate and high-quality. Check-in was seamless, communication was prompt, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe perfect for relaxing after a day out. You can tell Arree takes pride in hosting. Would gladly stay again and recommend without hesitation.

Rachel's place is very spacious, quiet, and easy to find. We would recommend the place to any guests planning to stay in Vegas.

The space was super clean and everything we could have hoped for. Our family of 5 enjoyed all the indoor games as well as the pool table and basketball court. We appreciated having coffee, toiletries and plenty of towels. Getting down to the strip was about 25 mins in Ubers but we didn’t want to spend a ton of time there anyways so it was fine for us. The community was safe and quiet. Target and a nice organic grocery store are fairly close to the house, just a 5 minute drive. We loved the house and would be very excited to stay again next time we are in the area.

Our stay with Christine was lovely -- the space looked exactly like the images, and was clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the extra linens, blankets, and pillows made our time at Loft 215 very comfortable. The space was a great space to come back to after a day out exploring! Plus, Christine was also very clear and prompt with all communications, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

Great stay!

Luis’ apartment was in a great location very close to an In’n’out. The apartment was solid enough to block noise. I liked the custom door lock code, and the air conditioning was good. Clean up was easy and quick.

Manuel’s place was amazing!!! The entry Instructions were clear, place as described, and the neighborhood exactly what we were looking for, a peaceful environment where we would rest after a busy/noisy time on the strip. We would love to stay at Manuel’s again the next time we visit.

It was a great spot to stay at, Laci explained everything I needed to know even before booking! Her place was really clean and comfortable! I definitely recommend!!

Place is in a prime location just across from the Rio and you’re on the strip within a minutes driving. The condo made me feel like home. The space of the place is perfect for a couple… The place is very clean. Condo is located in the top floor, which in my option is perfect cause i wouldn’t want to hear foot steps or neighbors running around and what not. Definitely would book again when visiting Vegas.

Had a great stay here over the weekend! The place was super convenient and easy to get to, very clean, and the AC worked great—huge plus with the heat. The host was really friendly and made everything simple and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

We took our daughter and her friends to Vegas for her 21st birthday, and this house was perfect! The decor was so cute, and the 4 makeup areas were a highlight! The layout of the house felt spacious and never crowded. They loved the backyard amenities (although as someone else mentioned, the pool is cold) We were at max occupancy with 14 people (mostly girls) so if you don't want to wash towels daily, you might want to bring a few extra. The house was less than 10 minutes to both an Albertson's market and Sam's Club, so we ordered and picked up from both. Overall, a great place for a group trip to Vegas!

LeAnn hosted us for Memorial Weekend, and the place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. She was super responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. The home was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Don't hesitate to book this home. I would definitely book with her again! Best,

Great stay for the weekend! Enjoyed the backyard very much and there were so many things to entertain my family with.

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

We enjoy our stay at this place. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Its close to everything. I recommend this place if you guys go to vegas one day. We will definitely book this place again when we go to vegas again. The pool was incredible too. Pretty big house for a large group.
