House holiday rentals in Downtown Memphis

We had an amazing trip to Memphis thanks to this Airbnb and Sarah! The place is so cute and in a great location, we were 10 minutes to downtown and Graceland! Sarah was so kind and friendly. She even bought us donuts on our first morning as a surprise!! She offered so many different guides to help us find restaurants and things to do. The house was clean, cute, and in a great location. The pool is AWESOME!! This is a definite must stay in Memphis! This is the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in, definitely recommend staying here if you’re headed to Memphis!

Adam communicated promptly from day one and was professional and friendly ! The check in details were clear and the check in was easy! the house was as described in the listing ! Very fun and lots to do all in one house ! Fun for the whole family of all ages !

The place was beautiful spacious just like the picture. The host was great at responding and rectified any situations that I had very helpful. I can’t describe how beautiful the house is. The pool area was fabulous more bedrooms than I can think of a lot of bathrooms a great place for a family gathering And had so many things that children can do inside the home games pool just chilling. It’s just a relaxed place.

I loved our stay. I was able to completely relax and enjoy my vacation time. the host, David was friendly and informative. He made certain that we understood their expectations and was available for any questions I had. I will definitely book again!

Julia was a great host. Good at checking in and quick with responding. The house was lovely, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! The home was amazing. Very well decorated, clean and chocked full of everything I would need for my daughter's pool party/sleepover like extra roll out beds, pool toys, extra beach towels. Instructions were clear and it was easy to access the home. Would definitely recommend.

This home was super clean and extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Tea and coffee stations were extra special touches. All appliances were new, clean and worked perfectly. Hosts were extremely responsive and very patient with my questions. We're not very experienced Air BNB users but this was super easy and a very positive experience for us. Would definitely try to stay here again when we return to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. It felt very homey with comfortable furniture, well equipped and organized, and spotlessly clean. And the location just can't be beat, a short drive to all the fun stuff but also out of the way from the noise. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We could really relax without any worries. When we had a minor issue with the garage door, Jim responded immediately and was at the house in 15 minutes to bring a solution. They were both super friendly and appreciated that we communicated the issue. We would definitely stay again if we are visiting Memphis again!

Highly recommend! Beautiful little home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Cute home with very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. My dogs loved the backyard and there were even dog bowls provided! I would stay here again for sure.

Wayne was a great host! I loved everything about this house, from the time I walked in it felt like home. I had a slight issue with something and he immediately started to help and showed how concern he was. The pictures are exactly like how the house is. Great for a getaway/ double date trip! Great location, games in the home and a amazing back yard! I will be coming back to visit!

Large well laid out home with street parking in front. Great location. Had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which worked well for 2 couples. We each had enough private space. I forgot a sweater there which was found and is being sent back to my home which is above and beyond but much appreciated. Nice to not have much to do when we left except take out garbage and pile towels in bathrooms. Would book again if back in town.

Our stay was very good. The house was perfect for us all. We were concerned when we first arrived due to the looks of the neighborhood but everyone was very friendly.

Was there for Rhodes College Graduation. House was as expected. Clayton was very accommodating and responsive. Decorated very nicely and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as we prepared dinner several nights. The house was spacious and offered lots of entertainment for all ages. The backyard was very private and peaceful for dinning and firepit conversations. Overall great experience. Thanks Clayton

Beth was very responsive and friendly. We didn’t have any trouble getting in or with anything while we were there. We felt like it was a great location, close enough to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and comfortable. Beth had some “Welcome Home!!” snacks waiting for us, plenty of toilet paper, as well as laundry detergent, which was so great! We will definitely stay here if we’re ever in Memphis again.

Bridget and Preston’s Airbnb is very comfortable and roomy! It is very well laid out with lots of space including in the bedrooms. Communication from the hosts was great and you can’t beat the location. We felt very centrally located with everything just 15 minutes away. Highly recommend for your family’s next stay in Memphis!
