Holiday rentals with breakfast in Downtown Miami

We had a great time at Casa Coral. So convenient to everything. Top notch host. We will be back.

The place was what our group of 6 friends gathering from different places in the US needed. A bed for each person & a great location with parking for our activities around Miami. Place was clean, of value, and had a nice backyard to enjoy the great weather during our trip with a covered patio in case it . Some feedback that is all fixable for future visitors: 1. Should dislose that a person lives in this single story house w/ a separate entrance. We saw in reviews before we arrived but it would have been an uncomfortable surprise had we not. It was absolutely no problem for us. 2. The grill lit but wouldn't get above 125 degrees so maybe the propane needs to be changed. 3. Showers in bedrooms on the right side of the house as you walk in started cold and never got beyond room temperature by the end. The shower in the big master bedroom on the left side of the house was perfect so we all eventually started using that shower.

Psalm was very responsive, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay for the full duration I had planned due to the bed being a bit uncomfortable for me. That said, I do think the price is fair for the place.

Great spot to stay! beds are 5/5. great host as well, and has everything you can possibly think of. Would definitely book again! very close to downtown as well

Our stay at Nani’s place was incredible! The home was completely beautiful and the host went above and beyond to communicate quickly. They even called me on the phone to introduce themselves and offer any assistance during my stay. My friends and I truly loved the house. It’s about a 30 minute drive to South Beach but Ubers were very quick and arrived in usually 5 minutes, sometimes 2-3 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!!

Such a large, beautiful apartment. Very clean and spacious. Barak was super friendly and responsive. The beach is RIGHT THERE and the price can’t be beat. Highly recommend this kind and friendly host!!

I came to Miami for Ultra music festival , that’s why l choose this place it was walkable to the Bayfront park , also it was close to the Brickell, very nice , clean , comfortable stay for me .

This location is great. It’s close to everything The surroundings are beautifully kept. The staff is friendly and responsive. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We definitely plan to return. Egerton, the host, was very quick to respond to my emails. He was very detailed with all the information I requested.

This was a small but very comfortable space that suited us nicely. The host was attentive and we knew we could reach out if needed, tho we didn’t need to. The location was great for beach access. It was pretty quiet. We did hear other guests but I think it was only when they were outside not in their rooms nextdoor. So it was quiet. Some road noise was heard but it was not a problem. The bed was very comfortable. The only real issue was the very strong cleaning smell odor that barely dissipated over our three day stay. Every time we came back to the room we needed to air it out. My biggest wish I general is that cleaners use fragrance free products but we may be in the minority there. Maybe the smell of cleaning products somehow reassures people their place was cleaned. Overall it was a great place for us to spend a few days.

Shane met me on my arrival and showed me around. He was friendly and responsive throughout the trip. The unit was well stocked with anything one would need. The view was great from the 9th floor. large bed/tv. Place was spacious and clean. Was a quiet neighbourhood , not too many young people around. Amenities were great, pool/hot tub gym ping pong billiards library sauna bbq area, tennis court that was barely used. There were paid laundry machines on every floor that were almost always free to use. I liked the decor inside the unit as well. Ordering delivery food can be a little tricky, they sometimes go to the valet area and aren’t allowed in but eventually they find the right entrance. Walmart bout a 15 min walk, beach about a 25min walk. There’s a park 7 min away walking distance with a jungle gym and basketball court. The complex was kept clean and there’s always a doorman around/bunch of cameras. Overall, it was a great, quiet place that’s well maintained. 5 stars, thx Shane!

we had a very nice stay. I had to change plans a few times and he was very accommodating. response time was very fast and very clear. house was as advertised. quiet and clean in a safe, gated community. keep in mind you will have about a 30+ minute drive to most activities. south beach, museums, shopping. you HAVE to go to the ice cream museum. we are 2 adults, and we loved it! good for all ages and you have to buy tickets for time slots, so its never overcrowded. Def the highlight of our trip! thanks for everything!

Very clean and and friendly environment.

Doug is one of the best hosts I've ever stayed with. My room was fully stocked with a fridge full of sodas and waters, a drawer full of snacks, and other useful goodies. There's also a kitchen on site with more food (all free of charge), and he has towels, sunscreen, and other sundries available to use if you need them. The room was super clean, quiet, and comfortable; and the pool was great. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay, and would certainly stay here again.

There is no doubt that Tony was the best thing I had in Miami. The description on the site was accurate, the room was large, spacious,bright and pampering. The bed was the most comfortable and luxurious bed I experienced. Tony's welcome was great. Tony gave me a feeling of home,was available every hour(even at night) and asked if there was anything missing,gave great advice and tips about Miami,responded immediately to every request or question,always in a good mood and did everything to feel that this was my home and as a guest. Anyone looking for a home for a few days in Miami ,Tony is the ultimate choice.

Very nice place , Owner is very help person , room and other facilities were good , very calm and quiet place worth for the money if any chance to go to Florida again definitely I will book this place God bless her and her family
