Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown Montreal, Ville-Marie

Great place with beautiful view. Host’s were really responsive as I asked so many questions and also the brand new iron was dropped on request. Just a little what i did not expect was it’s an old building and renovated apartment, from the pictures I expected different. That’s not host’s fault it’s just the building(as there are newer buildings in the area comparable prices). The unit does not have centralized AC as its was a separate AC to the wall and it does make weird sounds so I end up turning it off as it was very loud. The unit was clean few here and there places. Bedding was old and did not feel that clean, Also its not a proper bed its mattress sitting on the metal frame. There is no closet in the room, the little closet space in room was covered with curtain and it was full of other stuff(not properly organized and cluttered). The balcony was great to relaxed as it was on too floor and balcony felt so open and nice as there is no other balcony on top. Overall it’s a good place

If you are planning a trip to Montreal, you really need to check this place out. Its right next to Old Montreal with a lot of great restaurants within a few blocks, like Holden and Romies. Its also a quick walk to the subway station. This is now our go to place when we visit Montreal.

A fabulous apartment in a lovely location. We really felt at home in the apartment which has very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen and living area were very clean and well appointed. We like to look after ourselves in the main but in the instances we needed some information the host was very communicative and quick to respond. I can’t recommend this apartment enough to be honest. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for the money, we loved this stay!

Really loved our stay nice and central near metro and the SpotAngel app was excellent for finding parking. Because we like cooking, I would have like a better supplies kitchen with utensils. But honestly that is not a complaint. Couch was a little hard- since we like enjoying the space- and we did enjoy the space- would recommend it!

Louis’s BNB location was very clean and welcoming. We loved staying there during our visit for F1 race weekend in Montreal. The location is surrounded by great restaurants and metro station is walking distance and easily accessible.

Had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was the perfect location for our trip and was easily walkable for the sites we wanted to see in the Old Port, Old Montreal, and near Notre Dame. Really appreciated the free parking space, too!

It was an excellent place to stay for my first visit to Montreal. The distance from downtown was actually perfect — it allowed me to rest well when I needed to, but also easily go out and enjoy the city.

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

We spent most of our time at the space in the outdoor patio and covered area. The Metro was at the end of the block.

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Highly recommend Nabil's place to rent. Thanks for an amazing stay over the F1 Canadian race weekend.

Pour moi, le logement de Mme Irma correspondait parfaitement à mes besoins. Quartier tranquille de Laval, ou je pouvais laisser mon auto stationnée dans la rue, et faire mes déplacements à Montréal à partir de la station de Métro qui est tout près.

Vincent did everything to make our stay comfortable. What a great place it was. In a beautiful quite area if you have a family and kids and want to be somewhere quite and comfortable 100%. This is the place !

Easy walkable access to anywhere in the city. Clean quiet and private condo. Never heard any traffic even though in the city. Updated condo and Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. A great first trip to Montreal for the weekend!

Our family of four had a great stay at Jason’s place. The property was spacious and clean. The sauna was a nice bonus! We paid for the parking spot associated with the unit, which was helpful for our needs, but also noticed that even on a busy weekend, parking on the street was easily available. Jason was very accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at Drolet the next time we are in Montreal.

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Great downtown condo located just a few steps from the Sherbrooke metro station and the best neighbourhood in Montreal, the Plateau Mont-Royal. The included crib and high chair, child friendly layout, and proximity to the Sherbrooke metro station and the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood make it an excellent option for couples or groups travelling with an infant or toddler (as long as you don’t mind doing the stairs on a 3rd floor walk-up and you bring a sound machine for the little one and ear plugs for yourselves at night, as the street noise is noticeable, but bearable). M.J. was a great host and the early check-in was very much appreciated. Having previously lived in the neighbourhood myself, I know that ants can be an issue indoors in the spring and we saw a few, but they can happen almost anywhere. It wasn’t a big deal to us.

Lilian’s place was a perfect stay! Undated bathroom and kitchen which were both massive. King size bed and comfortable living room area. Good lighting and AC unit made this a perfect stay. Lilian as a host accommodated our needs and was very responsive. The area is a hip but quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this stay!

Gorgeous brand-new modern apartment. So spacious! An oasis in the downtown. Close to metro/ subway and walking distance to Old Montreal and Festival district.
