Lakefront home with huge deck over the water. This amazing 4 bedroom 3 bath home just got updated. Minutes from the beach, make this location ideal. Beautiful screened in porch for enjoying the lake views. At night, the landscape lighting in the front and back gives an elegant touch. Close enough to enjoy the beach and you'll appreciate the quite relaxing lake when it's time to wind down and make memories with the family. Vacationers Dream - Theme Parks & entertainment

Close to Busch Gardens, Water Country, Colonial Williamsburg, military bases, Va Beach and much, much more. We have a public boat dock, free of charge, at the end of the road and beautiful walking paths with a great fishing pier, walking distance from the house. This house has been in our family for decades so come enjoy the charm and follow the history of this area and our little gem. We are constantly upgrading and making the home better so it will never be the same each visit.

The property backs up to Lake Holly and is a three story duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is located on a secluded deadend street so you wont have to deal with beach traffic and their is dedicated parking. The backporch is perfect for enjoying the abundant wildlife in the shallow estuary of Lake Holly or venture out a short walk to the oceanfront or Rudy's Inlet.
