Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, Omaha

Rachael was an absolute incredible host and the house was a dream. Rachael’s communication was always clear and concise. House was amazing and clean! Best host ever!

The house was clean, we enjoyed the fenced space in the backyard. Appreciated their flexibility with our checkout time so we could let the kids run around until we had to be where we were headed for the day.

We visited for a baseball tournament as well as the college World Series. We had a great visit!

The house is beautiful, and the beds are so comfortable. We were able to bring our dogs with us, so that was very helpful. She keeps the water temp hot in the house, so we never ran out of hot water, and there were 5 of us :) The hottub was full and hot and we all enjoyed it. We had a really great time, thank you so much Patricia! We will definitely be back to stay when we come to Omaha again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, just 10 to 15 minutes away from all we wanted to do in Omaha. I really liked having a garage to park in. The house was the perfect size for us and lovely!

This house is decorated so cute! Very close to the zoo, Lauritzen, and the highway which makes navigating easy. Appliances are newer and great. Cozy living room. Bath and pantry amenities were helpful while traveling. Things to note but not deal breakers ::: The rooms are small so we had to have our suitcases out and my kiddo slept in the closet on a small air mattress because there’s not much floor space. It worked for us. There are a lot of steps up to the front door. Hauling my suitcase up was a bit precarious and not great for having kids up and down. Easy place to find. I would recommend this space for a smaller and agile/healthy group. Thanks for the stay!

We loved our Omaha stay with Carly. The layout is fantastic and we enjoyed having our own space after a week of roadtripping in close quarters. We especially loved watching the bunnies in the yard in the evening. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area. Great neighborhood, great house, great amenities.

This house was wonderful for us and our two dogs! Ample of rooms and beds and the whole house was super clean! The kitchen came stocked with the necessities and was large and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the living room provided a nice area to hangout. We did not even notice the property manager while we were there. I would highly recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay and very clean. Host was great we had to cut trip short and was very understanding and accommodating. When in town next would definitely book again

With the awesome back and front porches at the foot of the bluffs, this was a great place to stay. Sure it’s an older home and not very big, but it was priced right for everything that was included. Will stay again!!

We have attended the College World Series multiple times and this was a great place to stay. 9 minutes from the airport and 9 minutes from the stadium was the perfect distance. The place was clean, well stocked and was a great place to come back to after a long day watching games.

This was the perfect place for us to spend the night between our basketball games. Spacious, clean and cozy! Denise was very friendly and helpful! It had everything we needed for a night in. Netflix and chill! She even made it a point to come introduce herself when we were leaving the next morning! If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here. Thanks Denise!

We were in town for the college World Series. The place was perfect for what we were looking for. If we make it back we would stay again!

The place was great very clean very spacious. Great instructions on how to get in. Had an issue with the code at first, but Teresa responded within minutes very friendly. Highly recommend the place.

This was a wonderful stay for my family and I! There was toys there for the kids who were very excited about that! I love that we were able to park in a garage makes it easier to chase kids in and out! And it’s very close to the zoo which was our destination for reason of travel! We would 100% stay here again!

This was a great one bedroom apartment in midtown Omaha. The building and location could use some love but for the price it’s a great stay! Very clean and had all the items needed for a short stay for a few people. Extremely comfy couch, great sized outdoor patio, and a modern kitchen with everything you might need. Bathroom was great, had high water pressure and could get nice a hot. Would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a quick stay in midtown Omaha!

I’ve never stayed at another air b&b where the host was truly the most accommodating and kind and thoughtful. The place has everything you need and more. Perfect place to go if you have kids or going to a World Series game. And there are lots of snacks and goodies upon your arrival which are so nice if you’ve been traveling all day. My son loved these Asian candies and she even sent me the link where we can buy them. The condo is so spacious and clean and beds are comfortable even the couches. For the price and location this place is an absolute steal! If you’re looking to stay in Omaha this is a gem!

Place was very nice and centrally located to everything we needed. Huge bedrooms and lots of space. Host was very easy to deal with, communicated great. Only downside is how loud the street is at night (very busy road) but there were ear plugs in the nightstands if needed. Would definitely stay there again if the need arose!

Outstanding service and very responsive. I got in super late and had made a mistake during the booking process. Ryan helped me through it, checked on me and had an absolutely beautiful apartment with all needs met. I would highly recommend. Close to some good eats and a nice balcony to enjoy views of Omaha! I could not have asked for a better host and hostess than Jennifer and Jeff. They were very responsive and quick to respond. A few very minor issues that came up were corrected immediately! The location was very good, walkable to many events and restaurants. A good place to stay for proximity to the College World Series and Creighton University. The apartment itself is spacious and quite beautiful. I will definitely stay here again if it’s available when I’m in Omaha. I highly recommend it!

I had a great experience at Gilles property. It was clean, spacious, & well within walking distance of a variety of things. Gilles was also very nice and communicative. Definitely give this property a try when you’re in the area
