A private studio apartment on the street level of a three story house, surrounded by shady trees. The apartment has two private entrances. Its location in the heart of downtown Sacramento provides wonderful walking access to the state Capitol, many restaurants, the R-Street corridor, Golden 1 arena, parks and much more. Street parking is usually easy. Free on weekends. I can give you a parking pass during the week. Garage space is sometimes available. Please ask.

My name is Chrissy and I’m the host of this fantastic space. My husband and I are passionate about the Sacramento area so we bought a historic home and remodeled it from the ground up. We’re located in Downtown so EVERYTHING is close! We also have gated parking for free! We have really tried to make this a cozy spot for you! We have priced our units to be competitive but upon arrival, we think you will be pleased with some of the extras we supply.
