Second time staying at Rhonda’s beautiful place and we will absolutely be back for a third! It’s such a peaceful place to relax and the location is amazing. The house is perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking for a cute getaway and place to rest and have a nice quiet drink together on the patio! The house has everything you need to cook, clean and enjoy without needing to go out of your way to get anything. Rhonda also went out of her way to let us know an iceberg was close to us, which was appreciated and so cool to see! If you see this listing and it’s available - book it!!! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful historic home! The blend of classic charm with clean, modern decor created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to downtown, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need, right down to providing umbrellas for those unexpected showers. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish retreat in the heart of the city. Five stars all the way!

Second time at Rose’s and another great stay, everything you need and a quiet neighborhood

A great place to stay. It was well worth the cost. We would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay that is close to the airport.

Harborside blue is one of the best places we’ve stayed at on Airbnb, hands-down. Jim and Michelle were so wonderful to us and incredibly accommodating for our family of two parents and two toddlers. They had absolutely everything we needed and the space is huge. This was our first time in St. John’s and our family would definitely go back and if we did we would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Jim and Michelle!

It was a perfect place to base ourselves. Unfortunately there were no restaurants open in the area, but St. Johns is only 15 minutes away to the downtown. It was great to BBQ and look at the harbour. The place is perfect and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you like to be away from the city and want a peaceful spot at the end of the day!

As a transplant Newfoundlander I was looking for a unique stay with my CFA companions. This option did not disappoint! Charming, picturesque and quiet (we stayed in off season), clean, tidy and unique location. Be prepared for an even better experience than pictured and described. Value for money very good considering there's room for 2 couples compared to paying for 2 separate hotel rooms. If hiking is of interest, you're right on the East Coast Trail. Walking distance to Quidi Vidi and even to downtown. Gordon checked in with us just the right amount and was easily accessible. Highly recommend staying here!

Walking distance to many historical sites. Easy street parking with a permit. Great well-stocked kitchen 😊 Roxanne was helpful, positive, and responsive. We had a lovely stay in St. John’s, with easy access to public transport and a variety of shops nearby. The apartment is tastefully furnished, featuring a beautiful Atlantic Ocean theme that runs throughout the space. Our host, Karen, was wonderful — thoughtful in her recommendations and prompt in communication. She made our stay feel both comfortable and welcoming. Thank you, Karen!

This is one of the nicest AirBnB's I've stayed in, and I have stayed in many! The entire suite you have to yourself, including your own entrance, and a beautiful porch where you can sit overlooking the garden. Brandon is extremely kind and responsive. He was very friendly and checked in a couple of times whether I had everything I needed during the week, and was never intrusive. He also suggested places to visit. The suite is outfitted with everything listed, pretty much everything you could need. I was one person but since there are two bedrooms you could comfortably have a few people stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and not far from downtown. There is also very pretty artwork on the walls. The place has been decorated and outfitted with care and thoughtfulness, and you can tell that a close attention to detail has been paid. Highly recommend, you will be very glad you stayed at Robin and Brandon's place!

Our first visit to Newfoundland and the Portugal Cove property did not disappoint. The views are stunning, from almost every room in the house. Derrick and Rachel are lovely responsive hosts. When we inquired about whether binoculars were available, they replied they were not, but had acquired and set up binoculars on a tripod for our visit. We arrived quite late and appreciated the basket of goodies and fully stocked Keurig coffee that we could use first thing in the morning. The bed linens were all very soft and cozy and we felt at home the second we stepped in the door. This place is a gem and in such a great location - close to St John’s

This is a beautiful little salt box house and a gorgeous location. Perfect to experience a little Newfoundland culture. Be aware there is limited parking- the space is narrow and not deep so wouldn’t fit an RV, even class B. The bathroom is downstairs and bedroom upstairs. The house is clean and fresh painted and truly lovely barring these couple of small things.

We recently stayed for a girls weekend away and it was perfect! Super close to everything. It was clean and looked just like the ad. The owners were very responsive. I would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Dorrie’s! Beautiful, cozy home with a beautiful view, and walking distance from the best toutons in Newfoundland and Labrador!

Pipers Getaway has everything you need for a stay in Brigus! It’s gorgeous, clean and easy to get to! Always a pleasure staying here!

A cute home to snuggle into on the misty, grey days we were there. Clean and cozy. We were only there for 36 hours or so, but would have enjoyed staying longer and have more time exploring the shores. Unfortunately it wasn't in the cards this time around. Thanks you and until next time!

Our stay here was great! We enjoyed using the peddle boats and the canoe! As well as the hot tub! It is suitable for a single family as the home is quite small on the inside (we had 2 couples and 1 set of the couples has a teenage son so bunkbed situation was worked out) The house was extremely clean (coming from a house cleaner . Would highly recommend.

Very good accommodation. Everything you need for your stay. I really liked the little details, snacks, etc. Perfect for a little getaway.

I have been here several times. It has simply become one of mine and my husband’s favourite places to go and unwind. We will be back!
