Condo holiday rentals in Downtown, Victoria

My group (4 adults) had a fantastic stay at Wayne's apartment. The apartment was spacious, well equipped (women's hygiene products, bathrobes, etc.), and very centrally located. Wayne was also very helpful in fulfilling a few of our requests such as providing us with a fan and an early check in. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, central place to stay in Victoria.

Great pool and gym, quiet corner of a busy street, walkable everywhere and most of all an incredible friendly host

Lesley's home is a great place for a couple's getaway. Great location with amazing views of the bay from the 15th floor. The walkability score is 95+. We had rented a car but didn't even use it. We were able to fill our 4 day vacation by walking everywhere we wanted to go. Great food, entertainment and shopping within a few short blocks.

The reviews and ratings are accurate, Alison’s place was excellent. Clean, perfect location, clear directions, A/C, comfortable furnishings, and secure parking (which was more difficult to find than I expected). Alison was proactive in communicating and was very helpful. Overall, highly recommended.

Our family of 4 agreed this was the best airbnb we've stayed in! It was comfortable, beautifully decorated, so clean, surprisingly quiet, and the location cannot be beat on a historic street in the heart of Chinatown. It is a 10-15 minute walk to most of Victoria's other attractions. We weren't familiar with Victoria, so were not sure what the neighborhood would feel like after dark, but we felt safe and comfortable on the well-lit street. If we ever return to Victoria, we hope to stay here again. Thank you for sharing such a well cared for and culturally rich place!

Monique's place was so cute, and in a perfect location. All the Victoria spots were walkable, and it was so fun staying next to Market Square. it was a bit warm in the apartment (early July), but other than that it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for something quiet and comfortable and this certainly met our expectations. It’s is secluded but only about 10-15min drove from Duncan. My only recommendation would be to keep some cards/board games for guest to use as there is not much in the immediate area for activities. Side note: visited “Just Jake’s” restaurant while we were in Duncan and it was really good pub fare. Recommend adding it to your itinerary!

Jake was an excellent host and his condo was the perfect place to stay to explore (very walkable) downtown Vancouver. The check-in process was supposed to be automated however we ran into a few issues. Jake was immediately responsive and helped my friends and get access to the keys. The only other issue was A/C stopped working, however again, Jack was quick to respond (just a tripped breaker). We had no other issues for the duration of our stay. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the sunrise every morning and even with all the windows, there were shades to allow you to make the place as dark or light as you wanted. From the balcony view there is a popular bar across the street. However as long as the windows were closed you couldn't hear it and it was easy to get a quiet night's rest. Plenty of linens were provided in both bathrooms and the entire place was as spotless. If you drive, you'll be happy with the dedicated parking spot. I definitely look forward to coming back!

Couldn't have asked for a better location. The whole apartment was wonderful but what really stood out was the attention to detail. Anything we could possibly need was there! Also, the decor is just stunning. Enjoyed every part of the stay and highly recommend

We loved our stay here. The location is great, we were able to walk to almost everywhere and there were so many great places to eat within walking distance, it was hard to choose! The building is very secure and safe. The bed was so comfortable, I think I slept better there than at home in my own bed. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great airbnb. My husband and I were in town for a wedding and wanted some extra space vs. a hotel room. For less money we had a whole suite to ourselves, with room to lounge, eat, cook, etc. the location was great, suite was well stocked with cutlery, glasses, and everything we needed, and the TV had all the streaming services installed. The instructions for check in were exceptional.

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay. Beautiful spacious condo in a prime central location. Gorgeous garden, patio area. Close to many great restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the harbour. Wonderful hot tub and pool in the building too. Tim was a fantastic host and very helpful. Better deal than any hotel in this area.

I stay on lots of different locations each year, the apartment at 120 Kingston st is in an ideal location in a modern and impressive modern block overlooking the harbour. It is spacious and well equipped and ideal for walking to all the attractions and restaurants in Victoria. The private parking is a great benefit and heated pool & hot tub really lovely.

This condo was perfect for our family trip, it was a good size for the four of us and the beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. What we loved most about the condo was the location and the patio. We walked everywhere during the day and relaxed on the patio in the evenings. Restaurants are everywhere in walking distance with a convenience store below, a restaurant and Starbucks across the street. I’d highly recommend Glenn & Gillian’s place for a comfortable stay & location wise, We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here! The only inconvenient thing is that if you park in the parking garage, you need to first pay for or try to find free street parking, send someone inside to go up to the unit and get the key with the garage fob, and then come back down to move your car. In the 10 minutes we were gone, we got a parking ticket that we were able to successfully dispute. The unit itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated safe and walkable location, and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, just giving others a word of caution about the parking situation.

Will be back! This unit is in a great location, very safe, lots of amenities! Instructions were very clear on check in/check out. The host was very friendly and helpful.
