Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment on the 3rd floor with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 qm, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20 qm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. About 6 minutes walk from Rhine and train station. Tram (to Bonn) and pedestrian zone about 7 minutes walk. In summer, a monoblock air conditioner with an exhaust hose is firmly attached to a wall passage in the living room.

Conveniently located: Mehlem-Lannesdorf regional train station about a 10-minute walk, bus stop to Godesberg or Bonn center about 250 m. The price includes the accommodation tax required by the city of Bonn at 7% (always more expensive...) = tourism tax.

Small, colorful villa in Bonn Plittersdorf

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm

Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.
