Celestine

Célestine is a traditional Kefalónian house, with unique character and a magnificent view! At the village of Makryotika, right above the town square, it offers lots of privacy and tranquility, while also being just a 5' drive away: from the lively bars, cafés and restaurants of Agia Effimia to the one side and the famous Myrtos beach with its breathtaking sunset to the other. Its central location within Kefalonia also serves as a base for daily excursions to explore the rest of the island.

The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.

Mikro Boutique Villa

The Villa is located in a quiet area of Agia Efimia, just 200 meters from the sea and the village center. A luxurious private space with a pool/spa, outdoor shower, two outdoor lounges, a barbeque area and dining table. The interior is an open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a spacious shower area. The studio is located in a traditional settlement 2 km from Ag. Efimia, where there are several restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets. The village is an ideal place for hiking, for visiting the historic monastery of Panagia Themata. Also, in relatively close proximity, is the beach of Myrtos, which is one of the most famous beaches in the world. For many years the beach has been awarded the "Blue Flag".

Casa Luminosa, Unique Home on Assos Sea Front

This two level house is located right on Assos Sea Front. You enjoy unobstructed views of the beach and Assos castle. All restaurants in Assos are less than 5 minutes away on foot. Inside the house you enjoy bright interiors with white wooden floors. You can enjoy the views from the spacious balcony on the lower level or relax in the large patio on the top floor with some cocktails at night.
