Also, It has a balcony where you can relax and enjoy your coffee in quiet. The neighbourhood is very quite and its 10-15 minute walk to center or 5 minutes by car. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, pizza and patisserie. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.
