The apartment is a Stalin-era building - spacious and with high ceilings, floor 3/3, there is a balcony. The sea is across the road with a good beach, next to the park area. There are many shops, pharmacies, beauty salons, canteens, cafes, restaurants, a bakery, a sanatorium park and a children's playground nearby. By public transport to the very center of the city 5 minutes, to the central market 7 minutes.
