Owner-occupied (though I won’t be there), it’s a quiet and safe space, with a freestanding tub & a huge monsoon style shower & balcony to enjoy. Located on the edge of the old town, it’s near to restaurants, bars and independent stores, and just two mins away from the beach and Turner.

We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. Watch the sea roll in as you cook, enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun go down over Margate Sands, or literally walk out onto the promenade and beach.
