But if you want to be in the hustle and bustle, you can be in the center of Hoorn in 15 minutes and in Amsterdam in 40 minutes. In short, a nice place, with a private garden and various other options.

The perfect base for endless hiking and biking, including along the beautiful tulip fields and orchards. Whether it's sailing or surfing on the IJsselmeer, you can do it all and find it all in West Friesland. Golfing is available 3 km (1.9 miles) from our property. Amsterdam is 35 km (22 miles) away and easy to reach from Hoorn train station.

The towns of Hoorn and Enkhuizen have terraces and eateries. With beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the area. Nice terraces and eateries. Kitesurfing spot 10 minutes' drive away. Cozy dike house 50 m from lake + (surf) beach

Under the chestnut tree is our romantic detached cottage in picturesque Schellinkhout. Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, TV and 2-person bed with a wonderful mattress. In 10 steps, you are on the sandy beach for swimming, sunbathing and (kite)surfing. Walk along the bird breeding area, cycle in the area, golf in Westwoud or explore VOC harbor towns Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Bus stop and parking in front of the door. 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Cozy restaurant 100 m away. We arrange breakfast on the 1st day!

Original overnight stay at the farm, luxury camping

Rural, luxury camping on an existing farm. Detached haystack with rural views. Equipped with a dining table with chairs, kitchenette, toilet and shower. Outside sunny private terrace. rural, 3km city. name of our farm: homestead the gull Please bring your own sleeping bag. If you would like us to make your bed, we can do that for 6 euros per bed; please let us know in advance, and we will take care of it. Also, please bring your own towels; if that's not possible, we have them available for rent for €1.50.

Swim in the Markermeer - bathe next to the meadows

Our cottage is located in the middle of the fields, a 45-minute drive from Amsterdam, in a small recreational park where another cottage of ours, Familie Buitenhuys, is also located. You will stay in a fully furnished and comfortable house with underfloor heating. The bright, playfully arranged spaces create an open and relaxing atmosphere. In the master bedroom, there is a freestanding bathtub by the window overlooking the meadows: Holland in its purest form. Suitable for up to 4 adults + 1 baby.

This renovated and cosy vacation home is fully equipped for families, friends and employees! It is located on the West-Frisian Omringdyke and the lake 'Markermeer' (also known as 'IJsselmeer'). And has an unique view of the Dutch windmill! Come and enjoy the vieuws and soothing animal sounds. The vacation home is nearby beaches & a (kite)surf spot (1.2 km). And is centrally located with the historic city of Hoorn at 3.5 km! Also you can relax even more with our extra services!

The Kerspel - Pronkkamer

Come stay in a national monumental, North Holland farmhouse. In our recently renovated farmhouse, we have 3 luxurious guest rooms, each with its own bathroom. Be welcome for a wonderfully relaxing stay on the farm! You will stay in the oldest building of the yard; the haystack. Do you or your children really want to experience farm life? Feel free to take a look and get to know the love between humans and animals. But you have also come to the right place for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the beautiful view that extends to the Markermeer, make use of the reading material or take a seat on your terrace where the cows pass you.
