Fresh and Modern Apartment Luka with Old Town & Sea View

There are only few terraces like this: Dubrovnik's Old Town in front of you and the clear Adriatic Sea behind it. The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. I would be happy to provide any information and help! The apartment is situated in Ploce district offering amazing Old Town and sea view. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. We had a great stay at Jelena’s apartment for three night. Everything was perfect from arrival to finish, the apartment was spotless and the views are amazing as the sun goes down. Jelena was a great ghost above and beyond what is normally expected. Her son was on hand to help us with a late and not without incident check in and the wine was more than needed and welcome. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
