Recently renovated, located in two floors. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, TV, pellet stove, sofa bed (one and a half comfortable bed), bathroom with shower. On the first floor you can access it by an internal spiral staircase or by an external stone staircase. Here is the bedroom with panoramic balcony. Near the entrance there is a private space with stone table. A parking space in the courtyard, small garage closed for bikes or motorcycles, free public parking a few meters away.

Sono passati 300 anni e la casetta è ancora lì, interamente ristrutturata con le comodità moderne ma con il cuore in un passato fuori dal tempo. Terrazza soleggiata dove prendere il sole in totale privacy e patio dove mangiare al chiaro di luna. Da vivere al fresco in estate o al caldo in inverno con la persona che ami.
